The evening crew is terrible. It took 50 minutes from the time I ordered online til when I got my food. It was supposed to be ready 20 minutes after ordering but it took an additional 30 min. They served 3 other customers before me and had absolutely no care in the world I was sitting inside waiting for 1/2 an hour. Then they managed to forget to cut one of the two sandwiches I ordered.

Do not support this subway, was put through way more than anyone should just to get a remade sandwich/refund, but got neither! Waited 30 minutes for the “boss” to show up (the day after my order) just to be told to my face too bad, no remake or refund. Most ridiculous unsatisfying handle of such an easy fix.

When we moved back to Greenville from LA over 2 months ago, we were so happy that we found this location right by our house in cherrydale. Everything is always fresh and the staff are always friendly! Best subway location ever, hands down

My experience wasn't too bad like I've read on these reviews. Although I did have to ask that the lady during the day to change her gloves and for more parmesan ( I get it the shaker wasn't great for dispensing parmesan so I asked her to take the lid off and give me more) she was friendly I give her credit for that and the store looked nice the guy in the back though he needs to smile more and welcome his guest. Stop looking so mean to the man in the back. The only thing that I saw during my experience other than what I explained above I believe glove change in should be every single order every time you touch something that's not food.

Went in tonight approx 6pm ordered a sub, really dislike coming to this location because it’s always 2 young black girls who never want to work and always have attitudes. They just stand there and talk to one another the entire time and never speak to you when greeting you or handing you your order. My sub is sloppy and my bread was over toasted, they need to focus more on customer service and lose their attitudes, that was a waste of my $15.
