After receiving the ABSOLUTE worst support from T-Mobile customer service, I went into this store and I received the best support from Jerard! He is so knowledgeable and gave great suggestions for my situation! He really put my mind at ease.Thank you sooo much!

They don’t care about you after the sell. Terrible cell signal. Terrible customer service from not only this store but also customer care. I had issues within first two weeks of service and it was a go between calls to customer care and going to this store and other stores around trying to resolve issues. No issues resolved. I went to Verizon and got two iPhone Pros with no deposit and their customer service and cell signal have been excellent so far. T-Mobile offered to sell me a service booster for at home use because they lied about their coverage. This was the worst 16 days of ever having a cell phone company. T-Mobile stores blame customer care for sending people to them. Customer care blames the stores for not following policy. In the end, I, the customer, was screwed. This store lied about me and refused to service me. I am not sure why they would even tell other stores around here to also not service me. The people lie. Customer service isn’t actually to help. They’re just here to make a sale. That’s it. Buyer beware.

All they do in this store is asking you for more money.I have purchased 2 cell phones,and pay regularly for 1 year,and there was never a discount.They sell me a device for the cheapesr,which was more than 200 dollars,and then I saw they had cheaper ones that they wouldn't mention.My signal is terrible,specially at night,to the point that I can't watch nothing on my phone,but if you delay one day the payment one day,they cut your service.People in the store not friendly enough,and in general I am not satisfied at all.I am thinking of changing my servvises to another company.

Cory was entirely unhelpful, had no desire to help me, and actively mislead me. They are supposed to walk through the contract with you and did nothing of the sort. I found out later that I was paying hundreds more than advertised. When I attempt to return the phone he refused to help me and I asked for a manager. He claimed there was no manager at this store.This is not the first time I've heard of an account exactly like mine from this person and location.Cory needs to be removed as an employee for intentionally lying to customers. I will no longer be associated with this store because of this person.

The boy working here LIED to me about the price of a phone. He told me it was just fifty dollars and didn't say anything about a payment plan or that it was actually three hundred dollars. When I tried to return the phone he refused to help me.

While I was initially excited to switch over from Metro, I really regret my decision. First, the "free phone" promotion is not free. You have to pay a $60 activation fee plus taxes ($75) plus monthly installments (the whole bill was very confusing and I still don't have a clear invoice). It took 3 hours to activate and my Dad is over 60 so he was very stressed out about the whole thing. We have 2 lines under the 55+ plan which has a discount that I'm grateful for. Unfortunately, they didn't have his phone in stock (Samsung S21) so they ordered it for him. When it arrived, it was the wrong phone (GalaxyS10). While the staff was great, very helpful and friendly, I wish we had stayed with Metro because the entire experience has been so stressful for us. Initially, the activation fee was supposed to be waived but they still charged us. I hope to get a hold of customer service and fix everything.

Ladawna who is the store manager went above and beyond for me when I felt sprint was giving me issues. She worked after hours and was able to get me the results I deserved as a customer for 17 years. Amazing customer service manager. Go see her!!!
