We’d been thinking about cutting the cord as prices inched up at AT&T and Sunday Ticket moved from DIRECTV. A flyer from AAA suggested good bundled prices for 55+, so we checked it out. Devin W. couldn’t have been more professional taking us through the significant amount of options that apparently change often. Turns out a package offered by T-Mobile was even better than the AAA option, and gave us a free year of AAA! Devin then ported over our numbers, my Apple Watch, and even processed the rebates for Netflix, Apple+ TV, and one new phone as part of the package. During the process he even answered every question on free GoGo Wi-Fi and the international access part of the program- all without skipping a beat on the equipment changeover! When he was done with that, he setup the internet 5G gateway that gives us internet at $30 a month. Pricing is locked in, and altogether we save $200 a month. If you’re thinking of trying to save some money, check in with Devin!

To say that it is the first time that I have been treated so well in a T-mobile I have to write it, and to say that wow, they took the time to solve my problem, they helped me and it is really the first time that I leave with a smile from a T mobile store. That day there was a boy and a Mrs. They both attended me and resolved me, always with a smile and very calmly, thank you ☺️

Woodruff Rd location staff is very rude and unhelpful on the phone. Guy wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, repeatedly interrupted me and was very condescending.

Delish spot. Fab wing & fries app, Brisket sandwich and jerk chix sandwich ... plantains were perfect. outside seating as well as a large bar.

Cherrydale location said go 2 the woodruff rd location bc they can run diagnostics on my phone and determine whats causing my screen 2 flicker and flash uncontrollably since the last security update installed 2days ago. When all they actually did was give me the phone number to file a claim. I already have 1 replacement phone which is the 1 needing fixed. Why can't I just get another freaking phone without costing over $500 and/ or adding a line?!?! Sprint should be ashamed 2 have been merged to t-mobile. I will just take my 20+ year loyal membered self along with my $500 and find another carrier who cares and appreciates customers like me.
