Friendly service and ver polite but I mailed it Monday so it would get the the College by Thursday said it had to go regular mail package as of Tuesday at 7pm hasn’t even left the business going to go by at lunch tomorrow and take it to the post office myself maybe overnight it 8.12 is a lot for a package to just sit for two days

First time in they wanted $50 to send a letter to Canada. Second (and THE LAST TIME) they wanted $15 to print and scan a single sheet. I went to Office Depot and did it all for $2.10. A letter to Canada through the USPS was $1.50. Save your money and SKIP this place.

They helped me ship several packages. One of them was returned to the store due to wrong address (not the fault of the store). It sat there for two weeks with no call to me or any notification. When I finally figured out it didn't reach destination, I had tracked it back to the store. I was told by the store "they have been too busy" every day for two weeks to simply notify me. Bad service!!!

A friend is relocating to the area and was greeted almost like family. Helpful, informed staff with excellent service. Lots of shipping and moving supplies, too. Easy to find, plenty of parking with 24/7 mail access.

I drive out of my way to do business here because Owner Mike always remembers me and is always friendly. He and his wife are so nice, the store is very clean, amazing customer service, and they make international shipping easy and organized. This store is so much nicer than the other UPS stores in the area. Thanks Mike!

I went by today to get a durable power of attorney notarized and my paperwork had errors. This was completely my fault. So I had to make 3 trips between the UPS Store and Greenville County Register of Deeds getting it straightened out. Rami was extremely patient and did everything I asked him to do. Greenville County finally accepted it.

I walked into this UPS store to ship a 7 pound, 9 ounce package from SC to CA with UPS ground. It measured 12.5 x 12.5 x 12 inches. I packed the box myself and asked for the most economical way to ship the box. He entered the box as 16x16x16 and said the price was over $200. I asked Rami Michael to double check that this was the most affordable service, and he removed insurance that I didn't ask for to bring the total to $191.76, insisting that this was the cheapest possible method of shipping this package, and that this included no insurance. I paid and started walking away, reading the receipt. It listed a ground commercial fee of $75.29, and "Service Options" of $116.25. This was money that had already left my bank account, not just a quote. He could not explain what these service options were, claiming they were from UPS and not him. I took the package back after some thought. I brought my package to a different UPS store with my original receipts. They measured the box and obtained my original 12.5 x 12.5 x 12 dimensions. Their price for the exact same request was ~$46 with no service options. When I asked the other store what "Service Options" Rami's store could possibly have been including, and they said that they could only be from additional options like packing the box for me or requesting a signature, which I specifically told Rami I did not want.This was a particularly valuable package, but I was extremely clear I didn't want a single penny of insurance.I tend to attribute problems to incompetence instead of malice, but at some point incompetence becomes so avoidable and so damaging that there is no excuse.As a result of his willful incompetence, Rami lied about the dimensions of my box. I also believe Rami lied to me about the price of shipping. Rami also lied to me about adding service options.I ended up ordering a shipping label online for UPS ground, for my 12.5 x 12.5 x 12 package weighing 7 pounds 9 ounces, as confirmed by Rami's scale, the other store's scale, and my own scale. It went to a different UPS store and will be there at the same time using the same UPS ground shipping service Rami offered me for $191.76. I paid $21.79 online for my UPS ground label. I wonder who would have kept the $169.97 difference.I have receipts for everything.I will not be returning here, as I do not like being lied to or cheated. I recommend you don't either.

Employee (130046) insisted I purchase a large $5 bubble envelope for a small return. He didn’t give me the opportunity to get a smaller envelope. I even had one in the car I could’ve used. I also could’ve used the one it originally came in. He was rushing me to buy and basically wanted to have me out of the store. On the other hand, my visit last week with the other gentleman (older, glasses) was pleasant.

Mike is a GEM!! When I went in very nervously to ship my sons 2 favorite guitars to college, Mike went right to work. I figured it would have to be two packages, costing twice the price. But Mike was able to find/fashion a sturdy box that fit them BOTH, secure them inside and ship them for us! They arrived in PERFECT condition!! Now, every box I send to my son, I just go straight to him. He’s so friendly and helpful, no muss no fuss!! And now with the self drop off for Amazon, I get a quick waive when I have returns too! It’s my GO TO UPS Store!!

The man who helped me today, I believe his name is Ryan, was the only person working when I arrived around 1:30. I was shipping two packages, and when I saw how much he was charging me, I was taken aback as it was a way higher cost than the estimator said. I paid it and left, but then I called him to clarify why I was charged so much. He got angry and flustered over the phone and said something about the receiver living out in the middle of nowhere, gas prices are high, and inflation is high. He clearly had no intention of helping me. So I called customer service and got in touch with billing who explained that each location sets their own fees. She recommended I never go back to this location, and I plan to take her up on that advice.
