“Construction equipment blew off a truck while I was on 385 and blew out my back passenger tire. Within five minutes of my pulling to the side of the road, Rick pulled up behind me and said he saw what happened. He offered to put on my spare tire at no charge and proceeded to do the job in the threat of rain and lightning, expecting that I would accept his offer. When he was done I said I wanted to pay him and he quoted a very modest fee. I insisted we increase it by a third. Rick worked with his own safety at risk and his offer to be a good Samaritan was exceptional. I immediately put him in my phone as my Tow Truck contact. And recommended my daughter do the same. The gentleman who owns the business got my faulty car all the way out to my mechanic way out in the middle of nowhere for a great price, and he brought his friendly little French bulldog, Diesel, along for the ride too. “Marion's is a life saver! His wife, Tina runs the office. She's professional and easy to talk to.My husband and I have 6 kids. Marion gave me a demonstration of how one of the vehicles I was driving was NOT safe to be driving with our kids. The demonstration and explanation was terrifying! But I appreciate being able to actually SEE the problem vs just being told.And instead of Nickel-and-diming us on our other vehicle, he was completely honest and recommended it would be better to just invest in another one. He helped us inspect a few different used cars before we made a decision.
