It's a shame that they don't take the Hispanic community into account. Today I went to look for Mr. Daniel and they told me that he no longer works there. I asked for someone who speaks Spanish and no one spoke Spanish. I think I'll go back to do maintenance on my car in theGreer's Toyota :(

My order was complete and ready for pick up less than 24 hours after placing it. I was welcomed by professional people at the spare parts front desk. Great service.

I was visiting from out of town and was dealing with a terrible family emergency. I had taken my car to another place to get it serviced and spent $600+. The next day it was still having an issue and they said it was an internal engine problem. So Toyota of Greenville fit us in on a Monday and they worked on our car as quickly as they could. It was a big job that cost me a several thousand but I was not about to buy a new car while out of state. The service person dealing with our case was able to knock off a couple hundred dollars. I really appreciated that. He (I think his name was Mike) was kind and compassionate with his service.

Be ware of the salesman Scott. Live in FranklinNC. He told me both times he had a 2023 Prius in the dealership for me. Drove hours with friends and he was showing my husband and friends more expensive cars when asked wheres my Prius. Someone else sold it. He just tried to get us out there wasted hours of our time. The second time Someone had a deposit on it and they can’t locate the guy. Checking with manager to sell it. Called me to tell me the car was there. When asked for a picture of car Didn’t send it! Manager supposedly decided not to sell it. Wasted my time again and told him he jacked me around first time and gave him a second chance and should of known when he didn’t send the picture sensed he was lying again and just trying to get me out there. Would not trust dishonest place!

Worked with Darrell Washington for our car purchase, and he was exceptional--honest, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to. Our experience was further enhanced by Carlos Alvarez, the Business Manager who finalized our paperwork. Carlos was equally kind and helpful, and his bilingual skills made the process even smoother. Both reflect well on Toyota of Greenville, which also provided us with great financing options. Don't hesitate to ask for Darrell or Carlos when you visit.

DO NOT BUY A CAR ONLINE FROM THEM! Worst experience with a car dealer ever! Had a car online to be purchased and tried to buy it. Went through the entire process and left a large down payment. Got a call the next morning that the car had been sold - yet they did not do anything to stop our down payment from going through. 9 days later - we still do not have the refund - still "in process" supposed to get in another 7-9 days. Tia is the only person there who is nice and follows up as promised. General manager was supposed to call - never heard from him. Clearly customer service is not important, nor is follow up. I would advise buying a Toyota from anyone except these guys.

Napoleon was a pleasure to work with. but when purchasing my new rav 4 i was given the INCORRECT monthly payment and felt rushed to sign all paperwork. Kayla , in finance was my rep and she provided me the monthly payment of 620$. The numbers seemed off to me even though I kept being told that there were others waiting to see Kayla as well. So with someone's help that works in a Toyota dealership, they reran my numbers and came to see that my ACTUAL monthly payment should be 550$. When I brought this to Kayla's attention she redid the numbers and proceeded to say "my apologies for my small error". First of all this is not a small error. If I didn't double check I could have signed in a rush for a monthly payment that would be almost 6k$ more than I should have been paying. Secondly, these documents are NOT JUST LOOKED OVER AND APPROVED BY one single person. They receive multiple approvals. When Rebecca the financial director called me regarding my concern, she apologized and then CONFIRMED that there are THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE that approved and look over these numbers.. so how the heck was this not caught? How many other people has this happened to? To top it off "the little error" made was then attempted to be rectified by filling up my tank or a free car wash... I had my car for an entire 24 hours so neither of the items offered were of any value to me. I will never purchase from here again. LOOK OVER YOUR NUMBERS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING FROM THEM. Clearly you have to quadruple check Toyota financial documents.

I came in here a week ago to buy a car I checked out on cargurus, when I came there was bumps and scratches that were not mentioned in the listing. When I get there i offer to trade my car and get offered less than $1500. I declined the offer and later sold it the next day for 3x the amount. 2nd thing is that I have low blood sugar and I was offered nothing and even wanted to go out and eat before I made the purchase. The salesman Tia is focused only on her commission and very materialistic and doesn't give a crap about the customers. Also not to mention that they took 4 HOURS of my time. Tia kept saying oh 10 more minutes which turned out to be my entire afternoon just sitting around waiting. I am Turkish and was very pleased of using the toyota Corolla when it first released many years ago. Me and my family were some of the first people to buy the Corolla when it first came out in Turkey. I decided to revisit and buy it again and I wish I never had. Please for your own time and sanity DO NOT COME HERE!

Mike and I spoke after this review. He listened - seemed concerned. He said he'll discuss with his team and call me. He did and left a message. I called back and left a message. Phone tag. I've since left two more messages. Just be careful - I'm speechless with the lack of concern for the customer who has obviously been wronged. Mike no need to call back.

My wife scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire balance, tire rotation and alignment. She had a bolt in right rear passenger tire, we knew this going to appointment and we were looking to replace tire. She gets a call stating they could not fix the tire and did not carry that type of tire( Yokohama A/T ) this was a lie. The service person also didn't try to find a replacement tire for her. They also tired to say she needed certain services that were already done at the time they were due. He stated he wasn't able to look at the vehicles service history. That was a lie. They charged us for a tire rotation and balance, this wasn't done because the tire with the bolt was still in the damn tire. The also charged for alignment , which shouldn't have been done if the were not going to rotate and balance the tires. Now since we had the car serviced there, it has a wobble up front.I would not take my car there to get serviced ever.

I went to the trouble of making an appointment online for my daughter to take her car there to get the oil changed on her lunch hour. When she arrived (on-time), they told her it would be an hour and a half wait. The $59.99 full synthetic oil change is basically a scam unless you don't work for a living. I guess they don't have to perform many oil changes that way.

I took my vehicle to Toyota of greenville twice for the same issue. The staff was professional and curious. I give it 3 stars because I was told the issue was the Gas cap. I ended up finding the issue on my own, it was the purge valve silinoid. I did ask if that could have been the part that went out and I was told, not likely. So if you have a camry with the check engine light and traction control lights on, of its not your gas cap, check your purge valve silinoid.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Avoid this place at all costs. I never write reviews but need to share the nearly criminal practice of this place.I brought Toyota 4Runner in for suddenly having check engine light and track off light come on. Turns out it’s rodent damage to internal wiring. Charged me $900 for 1/2 day labor to fix. Didn’t say anything about preventing this from happening again. Two weeks later - the same exact thing happens again. I bring my car back and they tell me the same thing, and it’s gonna be $800 to fix again. I bring my car to Smithson-Davidson for a second opinion. Turns out this has been happening in Toyota cars due to soybean oil used in wiring attracting rodents. Toyota has class action lawsuits in court regarding it, so I’m sure that’s why the dealership wouldn’t say anything about it. Davidson agreed to fix the wiring for a 1/3 of the cost ($350) and told me it was important to install repellents to prevent rodents from coming back. Please share if you have had similar problems with Toyota. I love my Toyota car but I may never buy one again after the bad taste I got from the poor service of this place.
