Worked with Darrell Washington for our car purchase, and he was exceptional--honest, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to. Our experience was further enhanced by Carlos Alvarez, the Business Manager who finalized our paperwork. Carlos was equally kind and helpful, and his bilingual skills made the process even smoother. Both reflect well on Toyota of Greenville, which also provided us with great financing options. Don't hesitate to ask for Darrell or Carlos when you visit.

DO NOT BUY A CAR ONLINE FROM THEM! Worst experience with a car dealer ever! Had a car online to be purchased and tried to buy it. Went through the entire process and left a large down payment. Got a call the next morning that the car had been sold - yet they did not do anything to stop our down payment from going through. 9 days later - we still do not have the refund - still "in process" supposed to get in another 7-9 days. Tia is the only person there who is nice and follows up as promised. General manager was supposed to call - never heard from him. Clearly customer service is not important, nor is follow up. I would advise buying a Toyota from anyone except these guys.

Napoleon was a pleasure to work with. but when purchasing my new rav 4 i was given the INCORRECT monthly payment and felt rushed to sign all paperwork. Kayla , in finance was my rep and she provided me the monthly payment of 620$. The numbers seemed off to me even though I kept being told that there were others waiting to see Kayla as well. So with someone's help that works in a Toyota dealership, they reran my numbers and came to see that my ACTUAL monthly payment should be 550$. When I brought this to Kayla's attention she redid the numbers and proceeded to say "my apologies for my small error". First of all this is not a small error. If I didn't double check I could have signed in a rush for a monthly payment that would be almost 6k$ more than I should have been paying. Secondly, these documents are NOT JUST LOOKED OVER AND APPROVED BY one single person. They receive multiple approvals. When Rebecca the financial director called me regarding my concern, she apologized and then CONFIRMED that there are THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE that approved and look over these numbers.. so how the heck was this not caught? How many other people has this happened to? To top it off "the little error" made was then attempted to be rectified by filling up my tank or a free car wash... I had my car for an entire 24 hours so neither of the items offered were of any value to me. I will never purchase from here again. LOOK OVER YOUR NUMBERS BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING FROM THEM. Clearly you have to quadruple check Toyota financial documents.

I came in here a week ago to buy a car I checked out on cargurus, when I came there was bumps and scratches that were not mentioned in the listing. When I get there i offer to trade my car and get offered less than $1500. I declined the offer and later sold it the next day for 3x the amount. 2nd thing is that I have low blood sugar and I was offered nothing and even wanted to go out and eat before I made the purchase. The salesman Tia is focused only on her commission and very materialistic and doesn't give a crap about the customers. Also not to mention that they took 4 HOURS of my time. Tia kept saying oh 10 more minutes which turned out to be my entire afternoon just sitting around waiting. I am Turkish and was very pleased of using the toyota Corolla when it first released many years ago. Me and my family were some of the first people to buy the Corolla when it first came out in Turkey. I decided to revisit and buy it again and I wish I never had. Please for your own time and sanity DO NOT COME HERE!

I don’t normally post reviews but I had the experience to meet and work with Mark Ashley. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Mark was able to answer all my tire questions and at all times I felt I was being treated with total respect. If I was Mark’s boss,I would give home a raise. I wish there was a discount for us Public Servants. Thank you, Mark

Mike and I spoke after this review. He listened - seemed concerned. He said he'll discuss with his team and call me. He did and left a message. I called back and left a message. Phone tag. I've since left two more messages. Just be careful - I'm speechless with the lack of concern for the customer who has obviously been wronged. Mike no need to call back.

My wife scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire balance, tire rotation and alignment. She had a bolt in right rear passenger tire, we knew this going to appointment and we were looking to replace tire. She gets a call stating they could not fix the tire and did not carry that type of tire( Yokohama A/T ) this was a lie. The service person also didn't try to find a replacement tire for her. They also tired to say she needed certain services that were already done at the time they were due. He stated he wasn't able to look at the vehicles service history. That was a lie. They charged us for a tire rotation and balance, this wasn't done because the tire with the bolt was still in the damn tire. The also charged for alignment , which shouldn't have been done if the were not going to rotate and balance the tires. Now since we had the car serviced there, it has a wobble up front. I would not take my car there to get serviced ever.

Toyota of Greenville is amazing ! Scott M. in sales and Ray in finance are amazing ! It took awhile with all the new car shortages but they kept me up to date as well as making the whole process easy! Would highly recommend both of these amazing men! The whole team at Toyota as well are SUPER HELPFUL! I got amazing service and I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new car and that wants to feel taken care of to look up Scott in sales as well as Ray in finance! Thank you again to you both and thank you to the whole Toyota team!

I don't think that anyone should purchase a vehicle from this company run as fast as you can they will scam you out of your money if you are not careful I was sold a vehicle that has a hole in the floor board they put a piece of plastic and rope around the battery to hold it in place have pictures of proof Donald Rice and Tia told me that the car was safe and that it was a good vehicle which where lies I put down a 5,000 dollar's down on the vehicle only to be told that it has to be detailed when they where actually putting parts on the car it doesn't run I haven't had it for ninety days I have text messages to prove they covered up the hole with the mat and no one would have known unless you vacuum out the vehicle they knew that I had a child with me and they let us leave that lot in a unsafe car I've been calling haven't heard anything from them yet so I'm going to have to call out News stations to show the world what this company stands for because they could have killed us because the vehicle wasn't safe how could they be so careless for a buck and how are they allowed to do this please people go somewhere else some people on my job didn't believe that I got a vehicle like that from this company until I pulled out receipts it's a major car dealership supposedly it's really sad go somewhere else if you can

Went in specifically because of a flashing tire indicator and an oil change. They spent two hours "fully inspecting" the vehicle and didnt even notice it. Didn't fix it, didnt find it. This issue started after I got my tire changed here. Don't come here, you overpay for absolutely no reason.

October 03, 2022 SERVICE VISIT If I could Toyota of Greenville zero stars I would. THIS HAS TO BE THE MOST DISHONEST DEALERSHIP IN THE GREENVILLE AREA. let me start with what has happen to me recently. I brought a brand new Toyota Corolla in April 2010. I was getting regular oil changes their for the first 2 years. Now it is 2022 and I am trying to sell my vehicle and everywhere I go to sell they car, I am told (POSSIBLE ODOMETER ROLLBACK/ ROLLOVER. Did not have a clue this was going on or they did things like that. The report says mileage date reported 01/27/2012 . mileage is 125,470 remember this car is only 2 years old. Get oil change again on 05/31/2012 and reported mileage on car is 30,213. Please someone tell me what going on here. I am the sole owner and the only owner and have no accidents or tickets. Please tell me why mileage was incorrected reported twice. Ok I am asking you will you fix this mistake. Why was it done and for what purpose??? Please customers stay away from this place. 100% dishonest. This was in 2012 and I just found out about these errors when I tried to sell the car and could not sell it. LESS by winter888

Unfortunately I can't give a Zero stars, tried giving their service department a 2nd chance only because they are the closest dealership. We made an appointment over a week ago, received a confirmation phone call yesterday (what we thought was a good thing) only to get there at the appointment time and the service department had no idea of the appointment. After explaining that we wanted to replace our tires again, they took our car into the shop. Over 2 hours later I went looking for the service representative asking how much longer and they said about an hour since they just started working on the car. He then went on to ask if I wanted to have the additional services that they recommended be done and I tell them that I answered that text over an hour ago but yet again they had no record of it. Over 3 hours hours to mount and balance 4 tires!!!! Don't use these guys unless you have all day wait!!!!

Thought I would give them a 2nd chance. Sent in my request for the vehicle I wanted. How ironic I would get a call from the same salesman who didn't follow up on my trade in and the vehicle I was interested in. We discussed it, and it seemed he didn't remember our conversation. So I played phone tag with the general manager from my first encounter with this salesman and we never connected. So the vehicle request I sent in this time, the same salesman didn't have that information. I gave him the information, and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. So over 2 hours have passed and I never heard from him. Its unbelievable how dysfunctional the salesman is. If this is how they conduct business, its a shame.

We had just moved here from CA and we needed to get our 2019 RAV4 serviced. We had a constant low groan in our vehicle (which was known problem) that our previous dealerships service department said was normal and that there was nothing that they could do. WRONG!! Took it in and talked with Josh Kilinski and let him know what was going on. He knew exactly the problem and what was needed to fix it. We took it in on a Wednesday and had the car back before the weekend, with no more groan!!! We are 100% satisfied on the dedication and service so far that Toyota of Greenville's service department, Josh in particular, and them being able to fix a problem that others said couldn't. Just gained customers for life!!!
