“You call in to make transportation reservations for doctor/medical appointments, but it has to be 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT! (STRICT RULE!) It's very quick & convenient if you have the needed information.(i.e. Dr's name, address, phone number, and date of your appointment.) They schedule the ride & provide you a confirmation number, as well as your pickup time. There's also a no hassle cancelation, or if you need to change reservations, it has to be done no later than 3 business days before your appointment. They also have online reservation, where you can create an account & book your own reservations. But, the 3 business day reservation rule still applies.”
