I truly do not understand why Turbine merged with self help. Ever since this merge, there has been nothing but issues, and also, why merge two banks if after - you can’t get help with your account. I’m always being told by customer service to contact Ibby to help with these issues since my account was a Turbine account prior. Worst thing Turbine could’ve done for their business.

Credit unions are great but this one will cut your card off at the most inopportune time. Like on the weekends and you can't reach them until Monday to ask them what the hell happened and for them to turn it back on. AND WHO CLOSES AT 1 ON A WEDNESDAY!?

Absolutely ridiculous experience . Spoke to a loan representative prior to our appointment (to make sure we had everything) and was told to show up anytime tomorrow and she would handle us . We arrive and were told she's not there and could see someone else ... 2 hrs in and everything we bring was not required , the lady processing our loan didn't know the rules nor could approve a loan . The loan approval lady was out running “errands “. ..It would be another 30 more minutes because she not answering her phone now . When she finally arrives ..We're then told we have to wait a while even possibly return tomorrow because (even though we have been here for two hours already ) she has an appointment and that's her priority . Completely livid now to a process that should take 20 minutes max , the extreme wait, not knowing the lack of basic knowledge and the extreme lack of care from this “approval lady “we announce we weren't waiting any longer and would close our accounts . The “ approval lady “ didn't say one word and walked into her office with her appointment . Wow !! You lost a per existing customer and a new customer in one day because their is no back up , no knowledge and no care ! We would never recommend this credit union to anyone with the worst customer/ member service we have ever experience .

I was able to get a loan at lower interest rate to pay off another loan. In addition, they approved a car loan. Ibby and the entire staff are always so helpful. I couldn't be more pleased!
