I so dislike this bank im either changing jobs or my employer must direct deposit. I mean come on ive been cashing a payroll check from the same company at the same location for 8 weeks in a row, and still get treated like a robbery suspect. 2 forms of id?? You said my name when i walked in but you need a second form of id??

I've been a customer for over a year and until now I have felt they were a top notch bank with great service. It's easy to say you give great service when you don't actually have to do anything but pat yourself on the back. When you actually need their help in a difficult situation; the best they can do is send a email with no timeline to get back to you. I'm so disappointed with the Augusta Road branch.

Hidden fees. And then when I signed something saying could not be charged an overage fee they still charged me. I drove to bb&t under their policy that does not happen
