Had to return Spectrum equipment and was told UPS stores can save us time. Holy cows no kidding; in and out in less than 10 minutes and we had documentation in hand. The wait at Spectrum would have been an hour! The folks at 1140 Woodruff Ste 106 UPS Store location are super efficient!

The staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve come to this store in the past and the experience is always the same. Even when they are overwhelmed, like during a holiday rush (as they were my last visit during Christmas 2024)…. They are still super friendly and helpful.
