Had a great experience picking up a pallet shipment here! The staff was super helpful and polite - even offered to drop the shipment near our car all the way across the parking lot! I've used TForce several times in the past and this was by far the best terminal we've used. We were in and out in under 30min, which included the time it took to get the shipment into our car.

Would not recommend for local terminal pick up. It is a very long wait process and they could care less about anything. Terrible operations every time we've had to pick up here. Wait wait. Wait. and employees who could care less, and will smash the back of your van, truck, or trailer instead of using their brake. I don't think most of the operators are qualified to operate such equipment. After speaking with managers this time, it is obvious the problem starts with them. Dock manager is not the manager because he is good at managing, I can tell you that much.

Missed pickup 3 days in a row. Dispatch claimed they went in and would pickup the pallets due to the product overhanging the edge of the pallet. Shipper sent pics showing no overhang and claimed UPS had not been in. Missed pickups in one thing but lying about why you are incompetent is another.

This organization was supposed to deliver a door to my home on Monday. When they called last week, they didn’t inform me of their delivery practices nor the fact that the container weighed 400 pounds. They planned to leave it on the outside of my house. I was not expected a 400 pound container for an item the weighs 100 pounds. After making arrangements, I called to reschedule the deliver, and I was informed that it would cost a $95 redelivery fee. This made zero sense to me considering that they never came to my home to deliver the package. Additionally, I was told that I would be called on Monday after they returned the item to the terminal. I never received a call. In talking to the manager, Rommy, today, he was extremely rude and interrupted me repetitively.

Slow to expedite pick up. I pick up at trucking terminals weekly. Some are faster than others. Time is money.

Simple delivery task....resulted in NO delivery at the end of the day, took my full payment, the supervisor- Kevin Coleman - (or so he said he was) offered no apologies, was rude, placed blame on the orginating shipper (does that make sense?? Isn't UPS the shipper? Paid UPS, after all - I don't think he knows who he represents), had absolutely ZERO customer service (it was clear he didn't know I was the customer and he was the service provider), offered lies to me because he didn't have ANY facts to substantiate what he was saying, and was totally incapable of being helpful in any capacity. It is beyond me how any business can survive having such employees representing them like this!! At the end of the day, I had to come up with a solution he could've offered but did not (in fact, he offered threats to return my shipment). I will be sure to let my UPS contacts know about my experience and the supervisor's unprofessional behavior. Shameful. Mlm

Why every time they say "Scheduled Delivery" they never keep day? This is worse UPS freight facility my business ever use. Never on time, never can trust a thing they say and generally late! They not even try to be on time. Why they keep job? I do not put up with such failure in my own business.

It is Tuesday July 3rd. My delivery was due yesterday. They were supposed to call and arrange a delivery time, they did not. My package has been at this facility since Saturday. Tomorrow is a national holiday so you can guess what these guys are doing. They are trying to delay my shipment till after the holiday.
