The uppity little old man needs to be replaced. He won't greet you and acts like he's doing you a favor by being at work. Huffing and puffing after scanning a prepackaged box like it's beneath him. He and the older lady make this place feel like the DMV. If you live further than 3 minutes away, go somewhere else.

I brought in an Amazon return yesterday. I had left one end of the box open in case they needed to confirm that the product was actually in the box. I was told bluntly that that they could put “one piece of tape on it” because it was supposed to come ready to go. It caught me off guard as such a cheap and petty policy. I understand the whole cost of supplies argument that management makes in other similar complaints, but that was ridiculous. That’s the kind customer dissatisfied that makes people drive extra miles to avoid your store.

#1 - The woman who was helping me keyed in wrong address, despite having it right in front of her, so that meant I had to get a refund, which meant my card was charged twice... until however many days it takes for me to get a refund.#2 - A day later the tracking # is NOT tracking, which means I was given wrong receipt, w/ the correct tracking # on it.#3 - When I call the location to retrieve the proper tracking #, all I get is 'mailbox has not been set up yet, goodbye.', after calling for over an hour, which means I'm going to have to make an unnecessary trip to obtain the correct tracking #. How is it that NO ONE is answering the phone for an entire hour (b/t 10a-11a)!? ABSURD & RIDICULOUS.I certainly CANNOT & WILL NOT be recommending this location to anyone for ANY reason. DO BETTER.UPDATE: Brian was indeed very helpful. There were 3 people working. Unfortunately, that still didn't save me a trip... which could have been avoided altogether, if 1 of the 3 people working had simply answered the phone. When I got there, staff was attending to 1 older woman. NOT answering the phone is hardly the proper way to do business.I shouldn't have had to drive to the location to receive the proper tracking number. I'll go to the Cherrydale location before dealing w/ a business who doesn't have enough staff to answer the phone during business hours, b/c despite the explanation... not answering phones is hardly an acceptable policy.

They told me that my item (which was in a box) wouldn’t be delivered and would be thrown in a lost and found unless I purchased a box from them. So I wasted $4 on a box that I was forced to buy.Then, the guy then didn’t provide me with the correct change and wanted to argue with me so I left being charged for something I didn’t need and was overcharged.

It’s close by, so easy drop things off, friendly service, extended hours, and I never have to wait long because another employee always runs to the counter to help.

Had the pleasure of Carol taking care of my return. She was as pleasant as can be. She help with my boxes, and packaging. Very clean store and other employees looked busy. Recommend 100%.

The service representatives named CAROL and BRIAN have always been so pleasant and both are very knowledgeable about the product and services they provide. Always a pleasant experience when I visit the store. Your company should be proud of the distinguish exceptional service each gives the customers who frequent this location. I've used several UPS stores locally.I won't use this one again.I returned an unopened package that they had delivered. They complained that the box was torn slightly. I told them that was how it was delivered to me. They then charged me $5 to put one small piece of tape on it.Use the store in TR, or on Pleasantburg instead

I sell things online and usually print and pack my packages to drop it off at this location because it’s right by where I work. They never have problems with my labels but today I went to drop off a package and the clerk told me that the barcode is too compressed and they can’t scan it. It’s a 4x6 label and I never had this problem before with this location or at USPS. He said that I can’t even print the label there even though I have a pdf on my phone so I’ll have to try at another location. He was professional about it and was not rude. I would have agree to pay a fee to reprint my label there but since he said they can’t print it, I didn’t want to push any further. I was in lunch and had to go back to work so I said I’ll just have to go home and print it again on a bigger sheet of paper. Guess I won’t be coming back to this location.

I use various UPS stores frequently and yesterday was my first visit to this location. While normally I am greeted with help and hospitality, at this location I felt talked down to. The manager came off as condescending and scolded me for bringing a box in untaped. So many different ways to handle the situation but the way I was nickel-and-dimed while left feeling like I did something wrong by existing in their store.....I'll stick to my normal locations where they have figured out how not to leave their customers feeling unsettled and unvalued.

Boy, the person that served me had an attitude. Very rude. Will continue to use my other store up the road. Very unimpressed by the service, acted like they where doing you a huge favor taping a box up I left open for verification by them!

Horrible people. The gray haired woman in gray-haired man should not be in customer service. If their life is that miserable, they should find a new profession. I prefer to go to the new UPS store in Travelers rest, Tony and his family have always been such a pleasure to do business with.

Due to my job I frequent the UPS stores in Greenville/Spartanburg county at least twice a week. This particular store charges you for EVERYTHING. If you need a box taped, they literally charge you for tape. They are not friendly and the one woman that works there acts like she doesn’t want to do her job and expects the customer to have everything perfect to ship. They also want you to buy a box for everything! If you live in the area, it’s worth the extra five minute drive to TR. Due to my loyalty and how frequently I visit the stores TR even gave me a discount on my bulk shipment and did not require me to use a NEW box for every little thing.
