Well it was my first time going and I had no idea what I was doing but all the workers there were just super nice and helpful. The wait also really wasn’t bad. My item is getting shipped to its location very quickly so it was a 10/10 experience for me.

Listen here. No one goes to any shipping store expecting to have a great experience, and feel better about yourself and the world when leaving. But that’s often how I feel leaving the Powdersville location. Whenever I have the pleasure of being helped by Sam, I have a little more faith restored in customer service and humanity in general. Sam has not only a phenomenal smile and personality, but his whole demeanor lights up the room. He treats all customers with respect and gives his full attention when helping them. It was a 10 second interaction that blew me away. Hats off to you, Sam. Well done and God bless you! It does not go unnoticed.

I am at this location most weeks probably 2 to 3 times. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well John the manager and Jen and Sam and there's been a couple other faces that have come and gone but they are so friendly and so helpful.There are times when that line is literally out the door especially during the holidays and even though you can tell it's a struggle they treat each customer with a lot of care and attention.You know a lot of times I stand in line and I watch and 90% of the customers have Amazon returns and have absolutely no idea what to do with them so kudos to the team at the Powdersville UPS for holding it down and keeping positive attitude. I'm genuinely grateful to have these folks just on the street from me!

I dealt with both Sam and Damien/Darian (can’t remember which) and they were both so friendly, helpful and professional. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any UPS store from these two!
