Jessica and Julie were outstanding. I ran into a situation where I was unable to find my meds quickly enough at any other local pharmacies and Jessica was very concerned and helpful to make sure I did not end up in the ER for lack of medicine.I really feel like they went out of their way to help me and unlike the wall of indifference I faced at some of the other pharmacies I dealt with, she was able to obtain my medicine and get it to me in time that I did not run out and that I was able to go on vacation as planned. The only downside I see is that they can be very busy, especially with their phones. But that is to be expected with their location and the quantity of people they serve.Thank you to them for being good human beings as well as a good pharmacy.

I love the staff. This place will take much better care of you than some of the other choices in the upstate. It seems to be very clean as well.

I have been to this hospital 2 separate times to visit separate family members and both times have been horrible experiences. By far the dirtiest hospital I've been in. There was actually a Starbucks drink half drank on a nurses cart that was time stamped four days prior. The employees (nurses doctors and desk employees) I interacted with both trips were extremely cold and unhelpful. You will be in the hallway for 10+ hours waiting for a room if you go here.

This pharmacy is worse than CVS on Mills Avenue! Matter of a fact give this one star to CVS on Mills Avenue! They don't deserve a piece of a star!; I called early this morning after my primary physician told me to do so about a prescription she already spoke with them about! Lady act like she didn't know what I was talking about then stated oh it'll be ready by 4 well I'm still waiting?? smh!

My mother in law went in to have open heart surgery. She did great the first day. She was up and walking. She looked great. Then the temporary pace maker stopped working so they had to put in another temporary. The day after that they decided to put in a permanent one. The day after that she was so sick from all the meds on an empty stomach and threw up all day . By the end of the night she had aspiration and coded not once but twice. They finally got in touch with the family . Most of us was 2 hours away. We spent the night in the waiting room with her on a ventilator. The male nurse was named Noah was so uncaring. He said she was too anxious. My husband asked him what was the next step , what were we waiting for and he said for her to die. That this wasn't like TV. Needless to say she passed away Saturday Sept 16, 2023. I would never ever take a loved one to this hospital.

They could not stay 5minutes for me to hobble in there and get my medicine after being in a motorcycle accident. I asked could someone bring it out to me and of course that was a no and I had the exact amount of money for my prescription and just needed them to give me a few extra minutes because I can barely walk and it would take me a little longer to get all the way to the pharmacy hobbling on my one good leg. And of course they say no they are closing the doors at 5 and if I’m not at the door by then, I won’t be able to get my medicine. Wow! Courtesy goes a long way and I cannot get over how rude and inconsiderate they were to me! Ive been in the hospital and I am in bad shape. I understand they are ready to go home and I have worked in the service industry all my adult life. I can’t tell you how many times I have kept my register open for someone that was on their way, and they weren’t even hurt and unable to walk like I am. They were not sympathetic at all and it was obvious I was a burden to them and compassion is not something they practice there!

I've never experienced worse service. We need a compound every month. It is never filled on time or delivered too oconee hospital when promised. Run around, all the time. Excuses, all the time. And The people who work in the pharmacy can't even do a refill for me unless the compound lady is there. Seriously? Unfortunately, there isn't another option for us.

I can honestly say this is one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Every time I go to get my prescriptions they are NEVER ready. After waiting every single time they say “do you have insurance” yes actually I do and I got this same prescription filled here last time. Then I have to wait another 10 min for them to figure out insurance they should already have in their system from the 20 other times I’ve been here

Anyone I've spoken to about this hospital says they nearly killed them. No, I'm not joking. And three dead people would agree. HOWEVER, my dad ended up there twice (10 days stay) within the last month and the staff was soo caring and nice!! Truly awesome! Highly recommend that. BUT they gave him meds that he said he didn't do well with and I seriously thought he was going to die when he got home after his implanted defibrillator. I was in tears for days. I had NEVER seen my crazy super hero- like dad so weak. Unable to stand. Barely able to talk! He wasn't even like that after his heart attack, only after taking the 4 meds the doctors insisted he be on. I was praying and so many of our friends were praying and then my parents decided to take him off the meds the doctors just had to have him on. Within 24 hours he was back to his energetic, gregarious and spritely, self!! Seriously night and day difference!! I'm overjoyed. Now, two years before my dad's heart attack, My mom needed open heart surgery for a biscuspid valve replacement. She was meeting with doctors from this hospital and felt wary because no one ever seemed to know her situation or they had different things to say etc etc. Well, God totally put her in the path of TWO widows whose husbands had had the same issue and went to Grenville Prisma, and died after surgery. Thankfully her insurance covered the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, so she went there and had an AWESOME experience (I know because I was there. Doctors were amazing and SKILLED). Last week I went to a luncheon and a man we sat next to said that hospital nearly killed him (or maybe they actually killed his mom... I can't remember). That was just more evidence to be cautious about this place (or any hospital) and do your research, listen to your body, and advocate for your care. Fight fight fight. So how would I rate this hospital? Hard to say! 5- the kindness and caring of the nursing staff ??- the wisdom and skill of the doctors in the cardiac department. So I really don't know how to rate them! I'll give a 3 for now, but this is really tough! Maybe the different departments should be rated differently. I don't think it fair to "throw the baby out with the bath water" so to speak. I guess I'll rate a 4, but please be your own advocate!

Very money oriented trying to run up the bill by putting off test so your required to stay longer, patient care lacking, my daughter went 2 days with no food and water because they scheduled a swallow study the third time they rescheduled it I left with my child, general consideration for child patient none, not happy after staying there for three days with my daughter. this staff is lazy and do not care. We will not return we will go to a different hospital if needed to be inpatient.

Horrible, insanely slow service and employees have no idea how to do their job. I have had to go in person multiple days in a row to ask them to fill the same prescription. For three straight days I was told “it’ll be ready in 20 minutes” and I let them know I’ll come by the next day and when I go back it wasn’t filled. This has happened countless times and I just had all my prescriptions transferred somewhere else.

If I could rate this hospital at zero, I would. In the past, I have been very satisfied with the care that was received here. However, my son was admitted for mental health issues. His care was far below anything I have ever seen. The children's er nursing staff were extremely unprofessional and untrained dealing with mental illness. They were aggressive and argumentative. I couldn't even leave my son long enough to check on my other son at home, because, I did not trust them alone with my son. Train your staff on how to deal with mental illness! These nurses walked around on a power trip stating their piss poor protocols. Not one was interested in helping my son. I had to call down and intervene with two nurses that were overly frustrated and disrespectful toward my child. And, these nurses were only interested in the control they exerted over my minor child. This seemed very routine to them, and was treated that way. However, it was not for me and my family. That should be acknowledged, accepted, and ALL the staff should take into consideration what the child and parents may be going through trying to process and navigate the situation. Whomever is in a position of power, and making decisions on mentally ill children at this hospital needs to actually understands mental illness themselves. ONE protocol does not cover them all. My son was transferred to a 1 1/2 star facility four hours away from home, and it is MY responsibility to get him home when they are done. This is unacceptable for many reasons, and whomever making these decisions ought to be ashamed. The complaints at this facility are disturbing and reference numerous accounts of unsanitary conditions (bugs, smells, unclean environment), physical and mental abuse from the staff, and zero therapy while being admitted. If even one of these accusations are true, it is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I have no idea of the care my son received when he was transferred to the behavioral health floor at the hospital, or at the facility (currently housed) he was transferred to, but I will be finding out. If he was treated poorly by the staff, or forced to live in unsanitary living conditions, I will take action against this hospital. If for nothing else, to force them to re-evaluate their procedures on dealing with mentally ill children and their parents.
