Jonas is the bomb. He helped me over the course of several days with setting up a phone plan and purchasing a new phone. He was able to help with problems some other stores were not sure how to fix. If I ever have any more issues with anything I will be coming back to this location because of how helpful Jonas was.

Went to the Verizon store at the mall and a man named Malik helped me and my family even when there was issues he stayed patient with us and never left us or transferred us to someone else he was motivated in ensuring we got the best possible deal and service. I recommend him to anyone who needs anything to do with phones

A few years ago I came to this store for a phone and Kohta was excellent so I went back today and was helped by Alex. He was just as outstanding as Kohta (who I understand is no longer with this store). Anyway, Alex was patient and we went over all my options, he asked me questions like did I watch video on my phone, was a higher quality of photos important to me, he looked at my past data usage; and then we picked the phone best for me. Also, he answered all my questions which was kind because I'm not the most technical person. I will return to this store again when I need more service from Verizon.

I wanted to give Chris Chance a 5 star rating for his professionalism and excellence customer service. He took the time to activate 5 phones for my family. Walked us through everything very carefully and made a follow up call a week later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. If Verizon management is reviewing this please give this young man a pat on the back and a raise! I’ve been with Verizon over 25 years and will continue doing business with them as long as they hire great employees like Chris Chance.

This is probably one of the best Verizon’s that I have been to by far! Adam, our sales rep, helped us resolve an issue that was caused by another store and also made the purchase of an accessory on our plan seamless by providing us with great customer service. As a Verizon customer, this will be my go to store! Thanks Adam!

I walked in and it took them a while to acknowledge I was even in the store, even after I made eye contact with both employees they still said nothing. When one finally did he asked what I needed minutes later and I said a new SIM card and he said to give him a second and he continued to help the family he was helping. The other employee Jonas continued his conversation with the lady he was helping and it was clear he wasn’t actively helping her. She was eating Cinnabon and talking and he was just leaning against the counter without a care in the world. The lack of urgency to help me or the other two ladies who also were just purchasing a phone case bothered me because Jonas literally wasn’t doing anything. He could have very easily checked us out and asked us if he could help with anything because he wasn’t doing anything on the ladies phone just watching her tap on things maybe while something was downloading. I eventually walked up to the other man and asked him to just ring me up for the Sims card and I’ll get it activated somewhere else. He was busy but the only one to acknowledge my presence so I at least appreciated that but he asked Jonas to help him because he was tied up and Jonas responded and said “sure, I can help with anything.” And while that might have sounded nice it was confusing because then why didn’t you check out the two people with the quick purchases and then go back to leaning on the counter with the lady? Because these are sales roles and from a company who claims to be the best, I expect more from the service I got today. If he was actually doing something I would have understood but I called before I came letting them know I was coming, so to walk in and just stare/stand around before someone even spoke to me and then sit another 15-20 mins for a SIMS card while he just leaned and looked was just poor customer service and I probably wouldn’t return to the store again.
