Had the nicest representative wait on me at Verizon. Janae was awesome! Answered all my questions and was very efficient. Not a big fan of Verizon Corporation but this was a nice experience at the local level.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Chasten. He stuck with me for 4 hours trying to get my Verizon business internet set up.Every time that we tried to verify my business information, Verizon's overseas "fraud prevention" centers kept dropping our calls and hanging up on us, forcing us to restart the process again and again.He patiently waited and helped us through the process for several hours, despite the incompetence of the Verizon overseas fraud department.His great attitude and positive energy made what would have been a really aggravating experience into an experience that wasn't that bad.Thanks for the help dude! You're the real MVP ?

Just left this store and I can’t believe how my friend and I was treated. Despite having multiple issue with his phone, and still under the return policy, the manager Jessica (JB) kept making up excuses and fishing for things to blame to justify not replacing the phone.What happened next is just mind blowing. Jessica rolled her eyes, started to walk off and we overheard her mumble to the another employee “this cracker isn’t getting another phone from me” I said excuse me, what did you just say, she replied have a nice day. By this point, I was furious, and asked her for the contact information for her district manager and Jessica (who claimed to be their GM) refused to share that with me. She said I could call customer service and complain to them.What a terrible leader and even worse human being, I can’t believe she’s trusted to interact with customers! Verizon just lost 2 customers and 12 lines of service today.

The best customer service experience I've had with Verizon. I walked in five minutes before they closed and my issue was resolved with professionalism and great customer care. Highly recommend this branch.

I will preface this by say I used to work at Verizon during Covid and I know it’s tough.I placed an order to pick up and it went unserviced for hours despite advertising 2 hours max. I needed it urgently for work as my phone was broken. I tried to speak with someone in person but never got through. For the amount a phone bill is (2 lines for 140$) a month with no device payment should be enough to talk to at least one person on the phone. I show up for an update on my order in person and discovered it was cancelled. I went to Walmart and bought one off the rack no issues. Mint Mobile here I come!

I've had a very LONG ongoing issue with my samsung galaxy note 20. Issues with not sending/recieving text messages and sometimes calls. I cant tell you how many times I've called CS or visited a VZ store. I was previously told that I was 1 of 5 people that came in on the same day with the same phone having the same issue! I've had resets done, given new sim cards, and the list goes on. Sunday I went in and had the pleasure of being helped by Ashlei. She was very pleasant and helped me with ordering a new phone.
