Went in to try to upgrade my mom phone but couldn’t. Antron’s tried everything he could to help us. His customer services goes above and beyond 100%. He is always my go to Verizon CSR when I go in store.

This team really made me feel as if I was cared about. They anticipated my needs and helped me find the products that I actually needed. I was not over sold and I was giving them support that I was looking for. Antrone is an amazing rep and he deserves a raise. Me and my wife walked in and one of the representatives asked why we were there very rudely. All the other employees were doing nothing and acting like we were inconveniencing them. I have been with Verizon for years and this one store and experience is about to make me switch. Everyone in this store need customer service skills and need to get off their butts and welcome customers when they come in. I am reporting this to the area manager and expect a result

Just no. After spending over 7 hours over 3 visits to the retailer to get a new iphone set up, do I need to add anything more? How about how ridiculous the billing was set up? We switched back to AT&T as soon as we could. Do not recommend. The end.

This store location lacks customer service skills. They don't care that customers are walking in to buy things. I was ready to purchase and upgrade to the iPhone 15 plus today but honestly after being dismissed by the customer service representative and him running off and helping the customer who walked in behind us, we decided to leave and go to another location. We even waited by the new phones to see if he would come back and acknowledge us or if any of the other representatives would step up. I would not recommend this location at all. Good luck getting any of your questions answered or help with upgrading and purchasing a phone.

I usually don't leave reviews like this but I felt inclined to warn other people. I walked in with a simple question, got rudely spoken to, no eye contact as one employee was talking on their personal phone about "soda addiction" and the other couldnt stop txting long enough to put their phone down. Simply said, terrible experience, treated me like I was wrong for even being there. Will not be going back.

Horrible. Failed to provide accurate billing information, or look into the issue with any level of competence. When I returned a few days later they didn’t even care. Customer service is clearly not a concern.

Came into the store with my sister to buy a new iphone 14. When I came in the employee was some what willing to help but did not make us feel like good customers. She did not even say thank you as we were leaving. I don't know if we'll be coming back for service or support.

They stopped selling phones before closing time because the “put them in a time lock safe”. I was about 10 minutes before closing, but it seems like if you’re open, you should be able to buy a phone. Not sure why this would be a practice. Wasted an hour of my time trying to get to woodruff road.
