Doesn't matter they should be fired today. This is going to cost Greenville millions of dollars. First car that gets hung up on this and causes someone to die. It for sure is a tie rod bender, great if you own a repair business. Bet they all jumping with joy at the help our tax dollars just gave them. Stupid idea and I can't understand how this just gets by. Nuff said.

I just want to scream at them. After waiting more than 4 days for my prescription (called it in early) they said that it was too early to fill. OK that's fine i can wait another day. Next day. Oh your medication is on backorder and wont be here until april. I wish i could put the clown emoji on here because they are clowns.

I usually give 2 or 3 star reviews to bad places and try to be constructive about how to change, but with this pharmacy I simply cannot. That is because I have never actually interacted with an employee there. I called, an automated system was unable to help me after a few minutes of trying and then I was put on a nice hold service that counted down the people in line in front of me, 10 minutes later when it hit zero, I was then automatically forwarded to a 3rd line with new music and a different tone. After several minutes of that, someone answered, hurriedly said "please hold" and put me back on hold before I could answer back. I was then left on hold on this 4th line for five minutes or so before I was automatically forwarded to a 5th line where a phone just rang and rang. After about 16 rings, someone answered, couldn't hear me, and hung up.I stared at the phone for a bit and then, needing my medication, called back.This time it went automated system, straight to 3rd line from before, someone said please hold and put me back on faster than I could answer, I heard someone on speakerphone pick up and put me on another without even saying anything, then a shorter wait on it straight into ringing. This time it range over 20 times with no answer, then I was hung upon with no answer.This all happened between 3:30pm and 4:10pm in the middle of a weekday. Not lunch time, not after-work or after-dinner rush, and not on a weekend. Inexcusable.Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere.

For the 2nd time in two weeks they haven't had the prescribed medication. Always have to wait more than an hour when they do have it.
