Go directly to CVS! Don't bother to schedule your immunization appointment at Walgreens, specially at this location. They'll make you wait 2 hours and even after that they can't promise to have your shot ready!"Manager" (he said he was, but I don't think he is) said he understood but could do NOTHING AT ALL because staff at the pharmacy are over him and he couldn't solve because they would not listen to him ? so he suggested that if I wanted to take care of my mom "GO TO THE CVS ON THAT WAY, THEY HAVE LESS CLIENTS" ? was that a bad joke? No, he was seriousFolks, schedule directly at CVS, easier and on time!

Made a Covid booster appointment and their computer system didn't send a confirmation. Pharmacy techs were rude. I now remember why I switched to CVS even though this location is far more convenient.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. When BiLo closed across the street, Walgreens assumed most all customers and therefore BIG MISTAKE since this Walgreens cannot effectively service new demand. Phone calls go unanswered and on to answered queue by individuals and providers, wait time is DAYS to fill simple scripts and total confusion of all internal employees. Plus 30-40 mins average wait in drive thru and equal delays at counter. Stay away; buyer beware !!

Very convenient location (near the Prisma Health complex, the Gables on Pelham and other assisted living centers); large store with good selection; friendly, helpful staff; and a FedEx dropoff site (in the photo department).

I have never visited a bad Walgreens and this location is no exception. The store is always clean, the staff is always nice and professional and they always have some interesting finds that you dont typically see elsewhere. I mainly wanted to review this location because I live right down the street from it and we frequently shop here. This is mainly where we buy our hand sanitizers and masks for the pandemic. They are def conveniently located and I always enjoy my visit here.

The pharmacy tech is rude as ever. Obviously doesn't like her job. Loud and obnoxious and dirty looks when I picked up my order.
