Whatever the nonsense of a customer service decision that was made at this store to NOT have a 8 items or less line shud lose their job. I had (2) items to purchase and I counted 51 people in line for the new self checkout line. This wrapped all the way around past the condiment aisle- no more Walmart for me!!!

Avoid this Walmart on Woodruff Rd. They have closed the cashiers at the garden center so everybody is forced to the opposite end of the store where the line snakes past the self checkout . Waited 27 minutes for an actual checker and then they wanted to check my receipt on the way out. She watched me get checked out by a checker, ...and I refused.

This store is an embarrassment to the Walmart name. A un-organized pile never neat and tidy like the other stores he manager needs a hard look at. There should be no excuse,s. Thank you.

This is our local Wal-Mart store. I estimate we spend $8-$10K there annually. As of today, I'm doing my grocery shopping somewhere else. I'll pay a little more. I don't care. As of this date, the store is in the last stages of a remodel. As part of the remodel, they installed these new self-checkout scanners. These scanners are GARBAGE. They should all be returned to wherever they got them. Tonight, for the second time, it took me a full 10 minutes to scan 4 produce items. I finally had to put one of them back and forget it, rather than waste any more of my time trying to scan a number in. The screen was completely unresponsive, and there was no one around to help. So I'm done -- at least until new scanners that actually work are put in. It was bad enough when we were made to scan our own items, but most of us accepted it as inevitable. But if I'm going to be made to do that, I expect to at least have technology at my disposal that doesn't continually frustrate me. I have other grocery options. I'll use them, at least until this Wal-Mart gets its act together.

I had a 10am appointment for tires to be mounted. 1st the writer wouldn't scan my barcode. So why did I need 1? 2nd they didn't inform me of a shortage of employees to do the work. I came back after an hour wandering the store to find they hadn't even started my vehicle. That's when they told me they had an employee shortage. I've never been so disappointed in service at a Walmart like I am today.

Had a good visit to the store. Nothing too special, I was looking for some good Black Friday deals but came a bit too late. I picked up some necessities and was able to get in and out.
