REEDS was very prompt in quoting the repair cost and very prompt in getting the ring back to me. It looks like a new ring! REEDS is now my favorite jeweler!”

“Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the policy. I had just purchased a ring set from them and didn’t like my rings constantly moving (less than a week of wearing them) and decided I wanted to “mold them” together. Apparently that’s an additional service, I would’ve thought this would be included in the life service they’d offer.
Overall, definitely recommend, just wish this was something that would’ve been included.”
