So Wells Fargo tellers see an incident happening between two people. Rather than handling it properly like they should have, they threaten to call the cops on an innocent person who didn't start the altercation? and precedes to let the aggressor get what he wants! Nothing else was ever said or done. I will continue to try and get in contact with someone above if nothing is done or said about it. That was uncalled for and not handled properly!

I'm am going to reach out to the headquarters or ceo of wellsfargo. I've been calling the white horse rd location and I never get an answer. Maria at the drive thru didn't return my debit card. I don't have a transportation to come in to retrieve my debit card and since it wasn't my fault that it was left behind I need for Maria or whomever to mail me my debit card.

Can Maria from the white horse rd drive thru reach out to me she didn't give me my debit card back earlier. Geezes does anyone answer the phone at this location. I need for Maria to mail me my bank card since she's the one who didn't return it. I've called the bank about five times back to back an.no answer. I don't have transportation to go back to the bank to retrieve my debit card because it wasn't my fault that it wasn't returned I'm going to need Maria to mail it to mu address asap

I came here Sun April 10th around 2:30 -3ish . I went to the atm under the drive thru. I had 2 100$ bills I was depositing. The atm spit out 1 of the bills & kept the other without crediting my account or giving me a receipt. . When it took the 100$ a number came up saying call this number. I immediately called why I was out there. The rep asked for a number off the atm. I told her I didn’t see any but I was at the atm on Whitehorse Rd in Greenville Sc. . She gave me an claim number. I called Tuesday & Thursday to check on it. I was told they were still investigating. Fri evening I received an email saying they have closed my case. I called. The rep said they closed it due to lack of info. I ask how was it lack of info. Once the money got counted from the atm they would be over 100$. She asked me again what happened. I told her & she may like she opened bk up the case. I think it’s Fraud / stealing on behalf of Wells Fargo. They have cameras plus they HAD to be over 100$. It’s no way they wasn’t. I emailed the ceo now waiting for his response plus I put a complaint against them on the Bbb website.

I went the other day because I wanted to open a savings account Mr. Ricardo took care of me, he was really nice and patience. They were charging me extra because a mistake we did when I open the account and he help me solve it and return my money back✨??, I’m love to find nice people who actually do their job.

I usually never have issues with this specific bank location but in the past recent months their drive thru ATM hasn't been fixed and still blocked off and the ATM in front rarely accepts deposits. Ridiculous.

This branch manager was rude and did not acknowledge my fiance and I. She looked our way twice but never approached us as we sat in the waiting area for over 10 mins. She helped everyone who was in the branch prior to our arrival, then proceeded to help others that arrived after us. This branch has serious issues. If management cannot cater to ALL, she shouldn't cater at all.

Absolute work bank ever, they are the slowest ever. I got here at 12: 45pm and still at 1:52pm I still am waiting. I pushed the call button and asked the teller how long it would be I have been waiting for over an hour. Apparently just asking how long it will be results in the manager coming over to say that we all have to wait and not to be rude. I said how was I rude, I just asked how long long it would be. They need to hire faster better and MORE tellers. Maybe the manager should get better help instead of trying to lecture the customers.
