We’ve had a great experience dealing with Nathan Stouffer. He’s informative, efficient and personable, a great combination for a banker! He’s helped us with our banking needs and sometimes made us aware of other services that would be helpful to us. Also, the branch itself is well staffed, conveniently located, has sufficient parking space, and has full business hours. All in all, a very positive experience, especially for a Wells Fargo! (Sorry, Wells Fargo! ?)

Really bad wait times, though it says "less busy than usual". Only 1 of the tellers is helping anyone who comes inside. The other 3 bankers helped only the cars and then disappeared without helping the line of people inside.

Worst customer service out of them all. Atms NEVER working which is like the only thing I use to deposit my tips. Most inconvenient banking ever. Which most all of the atms are inconvenient and not taking deposits when I try and that’s multiple locations!!!

This is the best Wells Fargo bank office I’ve been to. There is a banker at the door and I ask you what help you need. The window teller and banker and the head of the loan department are very helpful to you, no matter what you have. There is no need to worry about such problems, here is everything you need, I love it!

I actually contacted the incorrect location,but was so pleased by my interaction with the representative (Felicia, I believe) that helped me. She listened to me so patiently and then asked if I was talking about their location near Target,which I was, and helped me by going the extra mile to even provide me with their contact number! I was very pleased with her exemplary customer service and I truly hope that she is recognized for it by this branch! Thank you for your help today, and I hope I didn't mess your name up too badly!

I bank with Wells Fargo and have always had a pleasant experience with every branch except this one. This Wells Fargo branch by far has the worst customer service representatives out of the 50 branches I have been too. The tellers all have bad aditudes. They need to all learn the meaning of customer service. To make it easy whomever cares enough to read this at Wells Fargo can just print this review and have the employees at this branch read it. Customer service: the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. This branch really makes me not want to bank with Wells Fargo anymore.
