The lady who works here is very very rude on the phone ! We were trying to return a bed and they kept giving us the run around about what time and day they were coming to pick up the bed. Been trying to get them to pick up the bed since the beginning of June, kept setting up times for them to come get it and no one ever showed up and then we scheduled two more pick up times but apparently the employees dint put it in the system for it to be picked up, so we got a call from another employee, who was extremely rude and told us we have to pay the past due balance of June when we have been trying to get them to get it since the beginning of June ! And it’s currently the middle of July and we still have the bed getting the running around about the pick up times and the lady who was on the phone was screaming giving very much attitude. Will never go back there and don’t recommend at all !

I love Aaron's products and I've been a customer with them for a few years now. I dont know her name but the lady in the office I'm assuming the manager, but she was super helpful and nice but the girl that was sitting in the showroom was very rude to me 2 different days. Fist person at Aaron's that has ever been rude in the past 2-3 years.

I enjoyed my visit, the Employees allowed me to look around. The store was Nice and Neat, so was the Employees.

Great experience. I needed a recliner due to an upcoming surgery and Aron’s had exactly what I wanted. It had a slight problem with the frame but Dave, their repair technician, fixed it better than new and quickly. I would use them again. The staff in the store were very helpful and friendly.

They are very aggressive and rude i know i have a payment to pay but when i do pay they say i owe some more money i feel like i have paid at least what i owe i should be damn near through with my payments

I give Aaron’s 5 stars my refrigerator had given out and I went right in and got a refrigerator with ease filling the application was easy and I got a Delivery time the same day they came before the scheduled time and Roger and Dave went beyond the call of duty and I appreciate them both Good job fellows

RUDE, NASTY, DISRESPECTFUL!!!! My brother in law was threatened, my sister was spoken to with such disrespect by some dude named Tim and Caroline two employees of this disgusting company!!! Absolutely inexcusable behavior!! Learn to treat people with respect no matter what the situation!!

This is to inform you all that I am highly unsatisfied and will not be recommending Aarons to anyone ever again. I ordered a refrigerator on June 9th and it was approved on June 10th. The refrigerator was delivered to the local store in Greenwood South Carolina on the 16th. I also have another lease agreement with Aarons for a sofa. The payment for the sofa came due on the 15th. I personally went to the store and told them it would be made on the 23rd. The explained to me that I needed to setup an expay before it could be delivered, so I told him to go ahead and set it up for the third week of every month. He said the refrigerator would be delivered on Wed. The 22nd which is one day short of a week since the refrigerator had been delivered to the store. I said okay and today I get a call from the local store saying that they would not deliver the refrigerator until it was paid or an expay was setup on the sofa. I told her that we had already took care of that. She basically told me that it wasn’t and we only told the person at the store to set it up on the refrigerator. Then she commenced to telling me that I told another associate that I setup a payment on the 21st and I did this on Monday morning the 20th. There is no way I could have done that due to the fact that I worked 7am til 4pm. This has been the worst experience with this store I have ever had and especially when someone tries to tell me I did something and I know good and well I didn’t. How are customers supposed to recommend this business and service to other people when they get treated like liars??????? I am very very disappointed with Aarons of Greenwood South Carolina and will be letting others know of the experience and the treatment I received.
