“We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in December 2025. Unfortunately it quit working however it was still under warranty. We made arrangements for a repair to be made. David the service technician came to troubleshoot the issue and ordered parts for the repairs. He came back out once the parts had been shipped to repair the refrigerator. He was punctual every time (called when he was 5 min away), talked with me about the issues in terms that I could understand (I am in healthcare not an appliance guru) and made the repairs. He was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, cleaned up after himself, and had top tier customer service!”
