“This place went above and beyond to serve me today and I cannot express how grateful I am! I ended up with a flat tire about a mile from their shop and had no spare to put on. They sent someone out to come jack my car up and remove the flat tire then brought it back to their shop and replaced it with the new one- then came and put it back on my car! Literally could not have asked them to do more. I will ? be coming back to replace my back tires when they need it and will be telling all my friends and family to patronize this business!”
“So glad I found this place, Dan came through with fixing my problem with running the A/C independently. He installed a rechargeable lithium battery with an inverter and wired it into my rooftop unit with an on/off button inside my unit. Great service and a wonderful person to work with. Now I can work out of my van in the summer.”

“My Son & I came in there Saturday afternoon looking for a 150watt fuse for his speaker box for his amplifier and O'Reillys up the street didn't have a clue what we were talking about, the sweet lady that helped us she didn't know either but she made a call & got it done with just a simple phone call and got us what we needed which was a 125 fuse, it didn't work with his amplifier it just needed a 50watt fuse and he blew it when he put that one in but he knows Now if he doesn't know how to fix something go let someone else do it for him, but thank you for helping Us right when we came in the door, she was very respectful and helpful nice to us and O'Reillys they just act like they don't wanna do anything to help you out, but the other O'Reillys near the Ford Dealership they are totally different, very helpful people over there but I will start doing more business with Advanced Auto Parts from now on, I never got her name but she was the older lady color woman I hate to use color I wish I could remember her name,, but thank you so much for your help really appreciate it..”

“Alvin for President! My boss and I were working out of town and headed back to Augusta. We broke down in Greenwood and were stranded until we called Autozone and got on the phone with Alvin. He showed up to jump off our battery since we were really close to his location. The battery was completely toast so he got another associate to bring us a battery (I missed her name but we are also very grateful for her). Her and Alvin stayed until we got the battery hooked up and back on the road to Augusta. That was the best customer service we have ever experienced and we definitely owe them one.”
