The next day the part was delivered, replaced and my car was perfectly safe to drive once again. Skip and his mechanics treated me very well, their total costs for everything didn't break the bank either. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a local shop they could trust.”

“I have used Mike’s several times over the past 10-15 years and I’ve been impressed every time. They do things old school and I hope they never change that. Twice now they’ve fixed what other supposedly reputable shops have messed up. One was a company truck that no one else would take the time to make right, and I told the company folks listen let me take it to a place that’s going to fix this thing right (my employer has shops in each area that they are contracted with to my understanding). They agreed and after I took it to Mike’s, it was perfect from then on for many tens of thousands of miles. Other one I had my personal vehicle aligned at a local place where I’d bought the tires for it. For 3 years it never drove good and the tires wore uneven. Took it to Mike’s and it’s a different truck now and drives absolutely perfect. It needed an alignment badly but they also diagnosed and repaired a failed wheel bearing. On top of all this, their labor rates are very fair. It’s one of the very few places left that you feel good about paying what they charge because you know they’re reasonable and backed by decades of experience and expertise. If you need an alignment or any kind of front end repairs, drive right on past that big box franchise store and go straight over to Mike Horne’s. Trustworthy and masters of their craft”

“Our tensioner gave out in March in Nevada, and was repaired. It gave out again as we were visiting the in-laws the day before Thanksgiving. They told us to use Freedom Automotive, and Rich opened shop for us.Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he worked extra to repair it and get us back on the road before the holiday. He also took the time to show and teach me what was wrong with the vehicle, and we were out the door for almost one-third the cost that we spent in Nevada.The van's been running seamlessly since, and we're home safe and sound again. I highly recommend not just Freedom Automotive, but Rich as well. He's a superb person and mechanic.”

“When faced with a small leak in the front left tire of my wife’s 2024 Kia Sportage, I chose Big Mac’s for the repair. For $20, and in 15 minutes, they pulled a broken screw that was the culprit and patched that spot - plus while they had it on their rack they checked the other 3 tires and found another screw in the tread of a different tire that had not yet caused a problem. I don’t know of another tire place that would have even thought to look at the other tires. They deserve a 6th star for that! Great job!”

“I recently contacted Performance Plus Auto to find a transmission for a friend's beloved car. Throughout numerous phone calls and exchanges of information, I was thoroughly impressed with Ralph. Every time, he provided exceptional customer service while helping me with my request to install a transmission for a 2003 Cadillac Seville. Unfortunately, Ralph couldn't fulfill my search, but it wasn't due to a lack of trying. In our final conversation, Ralph, being a straightforward and honest repairman, advised me that replacing the transmission probably wouldn’t be a worthwhile investment. I appreciated his honesty and thanked him.”

The tire on my Roadrunner RS5 electric scooter went flat and I ordered a replacement thinking that changing it would be a simple matter. I mean, it's just a ~10-inch scooter tire, right?
Wrong! This tire was by far the most annoying thing I've ever dealt with in my decade of stubborn DIY. Every trick in the book was tried and failed (dish soap, tire irons, standing on it, praying to Poseidon, etc.). One trip to M&M Tire and barely twenty minutes later, this bad boy was mounted and aired up like it was no big deal.
The owner was extremely nice and even provided some tips for tackling this job in the future (though I will not be making that mistake again...). The price was VERY reasonable for the amount of work done as well.
Highly recommended for both small and big tires alike!”

My truck had been leaking in the inside for almost 2 years so I mention it to him & he shot a couple things at me that he was going to check out. Well come to find out my sunroof’s drain was clogged. “Brandon is hands down the best!! He is always honest, fair, and will go the extra mile to fix the issue. We’ve been going to him for a couple years now. Last week, I had a specific part under warranty at another shop who fixed the part and sent me on my way, but as I pulled out of their shop, the noise I had heard before didn’t go away. I quickly called Brandon (who answered even after hours the night before Thanksgiving) who let me know I could drop it off with him and he’d look at it. Brandon was able to quickly see what the issue was, even offered to go on a ride-a-long to make sure that was the noise I was hearing, and even found another part that was causing noise. The other shop never looked at these parts or looked further into the actual issue. I’m so thankful for Brandon listening to me and putting forth the effort to get my car fixed. I know I can always trust him with my car and that he will get the problem solved! Thank you SO much, Brandon!!”
