Worst customer service experience ever in my life. Purchased furniture online with a 2-4 week delivery to the store. 10 weeks later it shows up. Chose to pick it up at the store, they will not even unpackaged it or load it for you. In addition, they say they call you multiple times with status of order, never once got a call from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, IF YOU DO, YOU WILL REGRET IT. BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Went on Saturday to look at buying a mattress. My family has bought from Badcock for many years in the past. We were in there for 20 minutes and not one sales person came up to us. In fact, the salesmen were sitting in the recliners and talking to each other using horrible cuss words. Very unprofessional! Will not be back .

Ray is an asset to the store. Not only did he take care of all of my Mom’s needs in terms of the sales process, he found a way to connect on a personal level. He wasn’t pushy, but he found a need in every measure from selling my Mom as well as my wife and myself. It was definitely a pleasure to have Ray take care of our needs! Looking forward to doing business with Badcock again because of Ray!

Terrible customer service unfortunately. Recently purchased a bedroom suit online. already have an account with them that's almost paid off and was wanting to get new set for bedroom. Upon check out it explained what my payment was now and what my new payment would be. Raising my current payment $40.00 a month. Totally fine. Well the next day I receive a phone call from the store notifying me when they are available to deliver the set. We set it all up and before hanging up I asked to confirm the information as it stated online about the payment and the guy told me it would be over 350 more a month not the 40 it said online. I explained to him what it said online and that I had a screen shot showing it. he said that wasn't correct it was my payment now plus that. not at all what it said online. Clearly stated payment now and total new payment. I told him to just cancel the order and then he got extremely rude with me and hung up on me. Wasn't contacted again about the experience even after emailing about it and trying to contact a supervisor Needless to say l found a new place to purchase my home furnishings and the payments 300 less than what they wanted! I'd find another place to shop if I were you:)

Only gave one star because I cannot give 0 stars. Went to purchase furniture, got approved for 90 days same as cash. Furniture arrived 4 months later as promised. Two pieces arrived damaged. I reached out to the store and they sent replacement furniture twice without NOTICE (just showed up) and the replacement furniture was also damaged when unboxed. I’ve been inconvenienced several times and now I’m hoping to get a piece of furniture repaired. I also did not receive the 90 days same as cash. Interest started from day one. The store made an appointment with the repairman and told the store what part I needed based on a recommendation from the delivery guy….the repairman comes to the appointment without the parts. I’ve asked to have management or the owner reach out to me and I’ve heard from no one. Badcock Please don’t respond asking me to reach out to corporate cause they don’t care either and that’s why your employees don’t care. Great custom service starts from the top and so does horrible service.

It is often difficult to know how a piece of furniture will fit into an existing room. How will the color or pattern look next to other furniture? It is handy to be able to take some small swatch (or in our case, a throw pillow) for a test drive. By requiring a copy of my drivers license and then being unable to find that copy, less than an hour later nearly soured the sale of two of your accent chairs for us. However, without the opportunity to have compared that throw pillow to other furniture in our home, you would have had zero opportunity for the sale. I’d score a 5 for the salesman and a 1 for the management.We had to order the chairs as they were not in stock even in the warehouse. That was not a surprise to us. We are certain if they are as nice as the floor sample to be extremely pleased with our purchase.

How can I speak with someone at this store without showing up in person? No one will answer the phone. I’ve been waiting on an order for 3 weeks that was supposed to be in in a week and no one has contacted us to give us an update. I have to call 2-3 times, sometimes more, to get someone on the phone and so far they have given us the wrong info each time, even to the point of showing up to pick up the item and it was not even there.

On 7/9/21 I had a bed delivered to my home for my children’s room. Here is the next day and the bed has fallen due to it not being put together correctly. The support rails under the bed did have any screws on the entire left side of the causing my daughter to fall on the floor while sleeping. My daughter could have been hurt from this. I called my local store in Greenwood SC to speak with an associate. The young man that spoken had no concern about this issue. Also said the manager was not in at the moment. Customer service is terrible at this located. Do not order from Badcock. They will not be getting my business again!
