“I can not say enough about this bank. From the service to my financial needs. Everything has been absolutely perfect. I own multiple businesses in Greenwood and have used all the big name banks and several credit unions here in town. While many of the staff are friendly at those other banks the financial services are severely lacking. Not here. Ive been able to get everything I needed and in a much more timely manner. All the staff up there are super friendly and I'm called by name every time I walk in the door. I find myself going by multiple offices on my way out just to see how everyone is doing. I've been with them now since 2019 and have no plans on leaving. Found my forever banking home. Thanks First Citizens.”

“After our reserved and confirmed appointment at the Main Street, Greenwood branch couldn't be honored because of a lunch mixup, we travelled to the Greenwood Bypass branch in the off chance someone could accommodate us. An employee on his way to lunch saw us trying to get our bearings and delayed his departure to offer help. He then connected us with the branch manager, Bridget Wood, who listened attentively to our needs then rearranged her staff's schedules to fit us in.
