Great people to deal with. Just don’t try to call to talk to someone. I’m always on hold seems like forever. Most of the time I just hang up. The automated system works great though.

Been coming here for years left the one on South end due to poor customer service and now this one has gotten just as bad. I get the stress of the world is rough right now but it costs nothing to be polite or smile. Most people who are at the pharmacy are battling some ailment or sickness. My husband uses food lion on the bypass may be switching over soon. Sad how customers don’t matter anymore.Front end manager is awesome

The worst CVS pharmacy I've ever visited. Terrible customer service,they seldom have scripts ready in a reasonable amount of time,they let the person in front of you at the drive thru sit and wait for (I've waited up to 20minutes) their script rather than running two lanes for efficiency .common sense would have them pull back around or come inside. The line backs out to the road often and the wait is equally as bad inside. Poorly ran facility. The one in Honea Path is a close second. I avoid this corporation AT ALL COSTS. They are all about making money and could care less about taking care of their customers. I've complained to corporate and management several times and nothing has changed.Nothing at all!

Call and make sure your prescription is ready before you go. They are very slow. If you transfer a prescription from another CVS call both pharmacies to make sure they processed your request.

The Google map pin is in the wrong place (I've submitted an edit) and GPS guidance for this address leads to the middle of a busy intersection multiple lights from the actual location.If you can see Walgreens, you're in the wrong place.This CVS is on the corner of Northside Drive.

If I could do no stars I would. Very poor service with horrible attitudes. I started calling the pharmacy yesterday (12pm) to see if my sons medication was called in by his doctor and no one answered the phone. I called over 15 times. I gave up and tried again today starting at 9am. No one answered so I called the front of the store. Someone actually answered. She sent me to the pharmacy but yet again no one answered. It transferred me back to the front. We did this multiple times and each time the lady at the fronts attitude got worse. I finally hung up and waiting a couple minutes to try again. Still after no one answering, someone finally did answer around 12:30pm. I live 30 minutes away. I can not just drive there to see if it is ready. This needs to be fixed! I went through the same thing last month but not as bad at this go round!

I had once given them a one strap a very long ugly worse which was the drs fault and I said the most ugly things and was was very rude too that with a staff member. If there is is ever a chance you read this... I’m sincerely from the bottom of my heart sorry and it had nothing to do with you but unfortunately Took it out on you. But it was really my mix up with my dr. This staff is nice and tried the best they can I feel like they are understaffed but they will treat your right
