I can not say enough about this bank. From the service to my financial needs. Everything has been absolutely perfect. I own multiple businesses in Greenwood and have used all the big name banks and several credit unions here in town. While many of the staff are friendly at those other banks the financial services are severely lacking. Not here. Ive been able to get everything I needed and in a much more timely manner. All the staff up there are super friendly and I'm called by name every time I walk in the door. I find myself going by multiple offices on my way out just to see how everyone is doing. I've been with them now since 2019 and have no plans on leaving. Found my forever banking home. Thanks First Citizens.

Have 4 tellers and 2 sitting in offices. Was only person in bank then someone else behind me and we waited for 3 minutes to be called up. Slow and don’t want to do what they are being paid to do!!

Today makes the second time, I’ve had a rude encounter with the same associate.I’ve been a member with First Citizens for 10 years and have not once had an issue. The associates have always been courteous, helpful, and extremely polite. Today I asked for a withdrawal slip and was asked to send in ID. I ignored it at first because, I know my account number which I always thought was a form of identification. Because I was in a hurry and didn’t want any hold ups, I buzzed in to inform her I had my account information,and asked did I still need to provide my ID. She rudely says yeah how am I supposed to know it’s you. Like I mentioned I was in a hurry and didn’t feel like reaching over to the passenger floor to get my purse and then having to dig for my license. I told her that makes the first time someone asked. She gave me a blank stare and turned the camera off. She never finished my withdrawal instead sent someone else. Her whole tone and demeanor was very unpleasant and condescending. Even if ID was needed there was another way to say and handle the situation and the fact that the other associate just stepped in shows poor leadership, coaching skills, and customer service. As I stated before this is the SECOND time this same teller has been rude from the beginning to the end of my transaction. Usually not one to complain especially because every associate I’ve encountered at First Citizen has treated me with exceptional customer service. It also makes me wonder if others are being treated this way and for what reason.. I only hope my complaint is not overlooked by someone who can possibly resolve issues. Lastly I want to point out I’m sure others working with this teller have heard her being rude and talking down to customers and something needs to be done or I will have to satisfy my financial needs else where which I hate to do.

It's been two weeks since I have been told they would call me about a loan inquiry I had. Today i just decided to walk in and go talk to them. They were unwilling to help me with my loan inquiry. I asked multiple times about a debt consolidation loan and she's kept trying to get me to sign for a credit card instead. Then she went on about conventional loan rather than discuss what I am asking.

Matt Howard and his team are absolutely amazing. They are always prompt to get back to us and answer any questions you might have. Can't recommend them enough for any business loans or services.
