GameStop is a store with a lot of merchandise related to games and TV. The staff is often described as friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Most of the time it is a good store where customers have a great time and recommend it. However, experiences can vary. Sometimes the store is somewhat pricey and can have clutter, with a lack of employees or a limited selection of games for Xbox and PlayStation. On occasion, customer service is noted as lacking. Despite this, many customers express thankfulness for the help and state they will go back again.

Excellent customer service. They helped my wife pick out a new switch and explained all the differences between the models. Will be coming back again.

Staff is really helpful and courteous. Gamestop is somewhat pricey but they have alot of merchandise related to games and TV. I recommend Gamestop to anyone. I always had a great time when I go there. Sometimes I just go to visit and look around. Window shopping is also pretty kool
