“I went to Tractor Supply because a very small kitten, maybe 4 weeks old, was heard crying by our mailbox by my wife. He was frightened, hungry and his eyes were almost closed with some crusty puss looking goo. I Googled possible causes and found out this needed to be cared for before it was too late and the kitten end up possibly blind.
I called a vet to see what it would cost for a office visit and was told a first visit for a kitten was $65 + any medicine cost, & included a full checkup.
I then went to Tractor Supply and an employee said to try this eye cleaner which included a small amount of medicine in it. This could help he said until a stronger medine I found online to ship arrived. After a few days the kitten's eyes were clear and I didn't need the medication I was going to order. The eye drops cost $7 & sadly, I temporarily lost my spot next to my wife in bed. The kitten has to go. Actually he is doing great and now sleeps in the bathroom in his own bed.”
