“I gave it 4 stars because it’s a great company but The Girl at the Counter does not fit in with Vyve and does not look right sitting over there. She is rude and unprofessional! Where is Anna? Why did they let someone else take her spot! Anna was professional and cared about us as customers. This girl there now is having a hard time in life and it’s showing! I went in about my bill and she over talked me and tried to make me seem dumb with my questions and concerns. I have been with This company for over 10yrs and you would think they have a little more Compassion. She will not help me again. My Tv is perfect but I will go to dish or antenna to avoid dealing with her or I will turn to the other people who are there, they even have a man there but none of them have ever helped me but they always greet you with a smile. I know sometimes things change but I have always dealt with Anna but I will start going to them if I need help. I will not let her help me.”

“SHALONDA IS THE BEST. All the staff were friendly, but Shalonda was on another level. My phone just died out of no where and I needed a replacement fast. She walked me through everything, helped me sort it all out, got me an upgrade despite some hiccups, and got my backup on my new phone.

I can’t thank her enough for her professionalism, knowledge, and patience (it took almost 3 hours).

Whatever she is getting paid, she deserves a huge raise. That store is lucky to have her.”
