“Tim, the cable technician, came and called to tell me he was here. He went outback to check hook ups. He called me back and told me what needed to be done. He had found many things that needed to be corrected. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in such a way that my husband and I understood what was needed to be done at this time. He explained that a service man would be back later to complete the work.After completing his task, he came in to check the TV to make sure the stations were working as they should. Tim is very friendly, personable, polite and courteous. My husband and I feel that he is a great asset to Vyve!!”
