“If you have any problems with your jewelry from Kay’s speak with Roderick the store manager, he will do his best to fix the problem! 1st night on vacation, I got my wedding ring caught it a metal door and it got smashed sideways. Well I couldn’t get it off so I had to get it cut off by EMT. The ring was in 3 pieces! Went to Kay’s in Greenwood after vacation and Roderick sent my rings in to see if they were able to fix it. Got a call from Roderick a couple days later saying that they were able to fix my ring with no problems. The ring came back amazing as ever and the turnaround time was only a week!”
