“Great store , clean , good selections. Friendly staff.
However, the biggest issue I have is that new maze they make you stand in to check out.
Plus , and this happened today , why do you only have one checkout person and he’s trying to sell a Kohls credit card to a customer ? It took what seemed like forever. A couple customers just said
“ forget it “ and left. Plus that means the rest of us customers are being disrespected by having us just stand and wait. No thank you. Not good for business.”
“I had an issue today in the store with a previous online order. It required a customer service phone call, and the manager on duty and the clerk were very kind and helpful until the issue was resolved. I didn't get either of their names, but it was 06/04/25 about 1:30 pm. Thank you for excellent customer service!”
