South State Bank wanted to charge me 8.00 to cash a check written to me, but from their own branch. I thought this was preposterous or is this the norm with branches in the South. Definitely a first for me.

Extremely inconvenient and unhelpful. The process of calling and attempting to talk to a representative is by far the hardest thing. I’ve waited on the phone for over an hour and then got hung up on, for a simple problem. Their ATMs are also very frustrating. I’ll definitely be switching banks soon.

Very unprofessional on the phone didn't ask me if I needed anything else just hung up on me didn't bother to tell me anything of importance all my account and accused me of not being the owner of the card not everyone can remember their last transactions that happened two and a half weeks ago and furthermore if I give you my social I give you my card number and I answer my own damn security questions don't you think that means that account is mine
