Sparkle Express Car Wash in Greenwood, SC, provides a fast and efficient car wash experience. Customers appreciate the automatic car wash that leaves vehicles sparkling clean in minutes. The business is dedicated to serving the Greenwood community and uses high-quality cleaning products that effectively tackle dirt while being gentle on cars. The staff is friendly and attentive, with attendants available at each station to assist customers. However, some reviews mention issues with vacuum performance, noting that the vacuums often lack suction and require improvement. Occasionally, there are complaints about the availability of drying towels after washing. Despite these challenges, many customers recognize the quality of service provided, with specific praise for individual staff members who are professional and helpful. Sparkle Express Car Wash is open seven days a week, making it a convenient option for car cleaning needs. Overall, it offers a satisfactory service but could enhance the customer experience by addressing the vacuum and drying towel issues.

Great car wash, decided to come back after I heard about new ownership. Tire shine doesn’t work well but a worker accommodated it by applying tire shine after the wash
