Tomas was a major help. He went above and beyond. I thought I couldn't get internet at my house. I have internet at my house thanks to his help and a new phone. Highly recommend.

I always come in this location to pay my bill and that girl Lana is very stand-off and nasty.Lana had the nerve to talk to me as if I am slow or don’t understand her as if we both don’t speak English. I am going to corporate about her attitude cuz she does not need to work with the public. If you don’t like helping customers then find a new job or work from home. It’s sad cuz this is the only location in greenwood and now I have to go to Lauren’s or Greenville to get the proper service.

The music in the greenwood store was so loud i could not hear any thing the girl trying to help me was saying . Having music that loud was total selfishness on the manigers part. It was absoultely unnessary. They wanted to charge me $ 600.00 per year ror phone service . trac phane is $ 200.00

Went there today to pick up a warranty phone that was sent to the store was there for 3 hours had to come back cause the young gentleman couldn't figure how to transfer my data from my old phone to my new one when I came back I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Lana I told her I was there to pick up my phone she went to check and came back and told me it wasn't ready when I asked how long it would take she replied I don't know I asked her to bring me the phone so I could look at it she rolled her eyes at me when I looked at the phone it said 5 hours until completed so I ask if this couldn't be speeded up she said no but she suggested I come back in an hour to see if it would be done I told her I live far away and didn't want to do that then she said to me I suggest you sit down it's gonna be a while very disrespectful when I asked to speak to manager she told me that would take awhile too since out of 4 people working 3 were on lunch she went into a room at the back of store and left costumers sitting and standing in store with no other employees around which where I come from is very unprofessional finally manager Tomas came out and was able to transfer all my data in like 30 minutes thankful to him but other then that a total nightmare. Since the phone I got was only a month old and I got arefurbished phone as an replacement is another thing asked if I could switch phones and was told I had to pay off the one I got before I could do that.Really not happy with t-mobile at the moment and we been customers for like 13 years. Apparently custumers service is something lona needs help with

Their system was down. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take care of the reason I stopped. The three stars is for the associate who tried to help me. This is not a corporate store. I've called and asked to speak to a manager multiple times now, and they take my name and number but will never call me back. An associate miss-applied the promotional credits, which corporate T-mobile was able to correct, but it will still take 3 billing cycles for the changes to take effect. This associates error will end up costing me over $120.00. Since it's a 50-mile round trip, I want to know the manager is in before I go. I would highly recommend T-Moble for phone service sales products. Just go to a corporate store and not this location. If you want me to update my lll a customer's call and don't make errors that cost initial new customers a lot of money and not be willing to contact the customer. This is for the store manager. You're never too busy to call a customer back. If this review costs you sales and future customers, I'm sorry that's on you and your associates for not following through.

I was calling in regards to the new phone upgrades. They "cant" determine what I'm eligible for because I'm not in the store.This is 2023, sure they can see my account without me there. They want you in store to sell. I'm aware of that, but some people want to evaluate the reviews and specs to determine what I think is best for me
