The customer service at this location has definitely gone down. What happened to the older, professional agents that verizon use to hire? What happened to the days of trying to WOW your customers? It seems to me that this location makes its own rules. I went to another location and my issue was resolved and I moved on with my day. This was my last time at this location.

Bad experience with a sales representative not disclosing hidden fees. The manager did explain everything better the following day, however I had already lost $130 on refundable merchandise.

Tay was great others came to him about my problems with my iPhone he fixed it also he added a line to my account for my family member & saved me $10.00 monthly!!!

On Thursday, we went into the store to trade in 2 old phones for "free" new ones. One of the old phones was taking longer to charge to do a factory reset (which was necessary in order to get credit toward new replacement phone). It got to closing time for the store & we were asked to leave with the old phone as the employees would not stay longer to finish our transaction. We got the factory reset done shortly after having to leave the store. I took the old reset phone back the following Monday to get credit for the new phone but again was turned away because the old phone's battery would not charge, so they could verify that the factory reset was done. They would not give me the $800 credit for the new replacement phone. Wednesday I took the old phone to Cell Repair who got the battery charged. Thursday I picked up the old phone from Cell Repair & immediately took it to Verizon to get my credit. The employee checking me in, told me that the phone didn't need to be turned on for me to get credit. She only needed the ID# on the back of the phone. I then explained to her everything the previous Verizon employees put me through and she said they did nothing wrong and she was sorry I made such poor choices putting myself through all of that hassel. I did get my credit in the end. But why did I have to waste so much extra time & money just to trade in phones for new ones? What has happened to personal accountability and exceptional customer service?? Wow. No compensation was ever offered. They acted like the entire issue was my own fault.

Inconsistent rates and pitiful service when I lived only 1 mile between 2 towers and my phone stopped working inside my home..I called and naturally, no one in the office knew why I was having issues, however that didn't stop my monthly bill from going up..so, I changed to a different company..

Do not set foot inside the Greenwood Verizon store if you're expecting to receive 2-star or 3-star or 4-star or 5-star customer service because 1-star CS is what you'll get. (While I rarely write negative reviews, I hope this 1-star review will save you time & trouble--oh, and $.)

Store does not work with you to port lines from an enterprise account to personal. The employees also do not work with you to contact the VZ corporate customer service number, nor the IT person at a company to get the PIN on the account. Complete waste of time. If you need anything, call the customer service number
