Hey Everyone listen up if you need furniture this Aarons in Greer, SC is your place. The staff is impeccable at this store. They really are some warm hearted people that takes care of their customers. Especially Miss Brandi , She puts the sweet in sweetie. I would also like to shot out Brad and Tyler. Thank you all so much for all the love that you give to your customers.

The manager is very rude! I am only available a certain day of the week. He says that won't work! Some of us work full time just as he does.

I would give zero stars if I could. Their communication is terrible. They don't take accountability at all for their miss communication. They make up policy that isn't in the contract. They gave us the run around on the delivery although we were promised 2-3 day speedy delivery. We even had to pick up merchandise our selves after two weeks of consistent calls on our end only. Same thing for return of merchandise were scheduled twice and no calls / communication at all. All communication was initiated by my husband or I. My husband's calls were even ignored. Tyler, Brad the manger have failed at every turn. They weren't even sorry until I said I was reporting to corporate and BBB.

I give this place a 5 star rating because the lady sam was excellent she helped us was very patient and very kind ,and I recommend her to anyone for help with getting stuff....Ms Sam your excellent and thank u again !!

Ordered a washer drier and still have not been called to set up delivery. I have called 2 different days and was told the manger who takes care of that would call me back yet to here from them this is now almost a week from when I ordered and have nothing to go off when I will get it

Pd them 150 on sat ,changed my mind now get run around on gettin my cash back. Called several times was told mgr out. Mgr said he didnt have the money. Not professional at all. Shout out to Brandi! She was extremely helpful and the first person after calling for weeks that actually helped. I needed a bed picked up and have been calling to schedule an appointment and everyone kept screwing around and not giving me an answer. I appreciate her help! This girl deserves a raise!!!
