I recently visited Aaron's and had a top-notch experience. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. They helped me find the perfect furniture for my home and gave me some great deals and financing options. Delivery was right on time, and the furniture was in perfect condition. I'm happy to recommend Aaron's to anyone in the market for high-quality furniture and top-notch customer service.

Have bought many things from Aaron’s, and they are always the place to go when your appliances break on you suddenly. Thankful for Brandy and all her knowledge and help! Without her we wouldn’t have a new washer and dryer coming in just a couple of days. If you ever need anything Brandy is your person! Highly recommend!

This is the best experience I've ever had a Aaron's and I was previously a customer for 12 years. I went into the Greer location with mixed feelings having escaped the Rent-to-Own cycle but Brandi spent a ridiculous amount of time addressing all of my questions and concerns. If you haven't been to Aaron's in a while, they have made some incredible changes! Go see Brandi! She's a wealth of knowledge and she has such a great personality! This is not the Aaron's you remember!

Brad Blue is a awesome manager. He went beyond the call of duty for us. I am a new customer and if it wasn't for him I would have taken my business elsewhere. The sales lady with the accent is awesome to. The delivery got messed up but Brad fixed it. I just wish that some of the employees were more concerned about the customer service. It may not matter to them but without customers there would not be a business. Especially when someone wants to argue with the customer.

They take money out of your account without your permission. They never take the same amount out. I agreed to 150.00 a major month and there taking 300 out and then another payment comes out all of this was done without my permission. Very rude people.

Brad is the most rudest person on this planet! He has his employees including his self call from their PERSONAL phone numbers (which they’re not allowed to do), he shows up at my house at 8:53pm threatening me with a constable AFTER we’ve done discussed a payment plan with one of the other employees. He also starts raising his voice at my husband who is being calm and collective with him. They come out to my house 3-4 times a day (which is considered harassment). He also told us, if we couldn’t pay him tonight he would NOT accept a payment from us on Friday as our agreed payment plan was made. He needs to be fired, demoted, or something because his customer service is terrible, and threats to his customers are not okay!!!

My name is Erika Green agreement number is E1963767. I purchased a washer and dryer set the end of November from the Greer SC store. After waiting over two weeks I contacted the store in regards to my delivery date. Brad informed me that they were behind on from Black Friday and would setup for the following weekend. I was frustrated but understood do to staff shortages a lot of places are having during the pandemic. It was delivered on finally on the 12/18 on a Saturday I notice during the 1st use of the washer machine the washer machine was leaking water. That Sunday once the store open I called and let them know something was wrong with the machine. Brad the manager informed me he would have a member of his come out and look into it. The gentleman came and informed me it was a manufacturing defect and that they would have to reorder me another machine. He informed me Brad the manager would contact me with more in-depth details. I waited 14 days for Brad to contact me and never heard him. I took it upon myself to contact him. When I called he said that he had the washer on order and he would contact me in a few days to setup delivery. Another week or goes by and I had not heard anything. I get a call on Jan 1st in regards to my payment I informed the gentleman that I was still waiting on the correct merchandise and doesn’t feel I should have to pay for something I unable to use and been waiting weeks for. He then apologized and said that he and the manager Brad was unaware of the incident I informed him Brad was aware of it because I reached out to him. That gentleman then tells me he would call me back with answers but never did. Another week goes by it’s now the 2nd week in Jan and I called to speak with Brad and told him I was highly upset that ordered in November and it’s now Jan and yet still nothing has been done. He informed me it would be delivered on Wednesday 01/19. The 19th came and no one called or delivered my washer. I called the store twice and was told Brad was unavailable so I left my name. It’s now 01/27 and still I have not been delivered my washer. This is very sad customer service despite the pandemic i as a customer should feel valued. I would like the store to just come get the washer and dryer set please and refund the money I paid. I’ve even called customer service in regards to this issue and they just tell me to take it up with the store which is clearly not working.

Manager is totally rude and disrespectful to customers. The worst experience I have had with a company ever!! I can't believe he was so mean to someone trying to spend money
