“Such a refreshing experience since I walked into this office. It was an overcast gloomy Monday, until my day was instantly brightened when I was warmly welcomed in and offered a coffee. I loved the coffee but that’s another review.
I’ve been insured with progressive for years and they’ve progressively been taking advantage of me and never offered me a reasonable explanation or a beverage. I was paying so much with them that I could have opened my own coffee shop..a fancy one at that.
Anyways I digress…. From my first encounter I knew this was where I wanted to be. A place where you feel known.. ya know? They provided me with several options and we were able to select a policy so grand, that my gloomy day was gone immediately.
They gave me a coozie afterward so my hand wouldn’t get hold from my celebratory beverage I had when I got home.
Anyways… thank you so much Mr. Sprunger for being my good neighbor!”
