Patrick was incredibly helpful. From the welcoming hello to the have a great evening out the door, he was on top of making me feel great about my selection. I've never experienced such phenomenal customer service. I appreciate seeing someone who truly loves what they're doing and takes pride in their work. I will be back just because of this wonderful soul.

I had such an amazing experience at this Badcock store by the name of Patrick Mathis. So honest and trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his customers. I didn’t won’t to leave. Such a blessing to meet such a beautiful soul as himself. Please ask for Patrick when you visit and you will definitely be taken care of.

Buyer Beware! We just moved to SC earlier this month. We bought a dining set to be delivered after close a week before we moved in. We purchased it as a new set. As soon as I saw it in person I could tell there were minor dings on the surface that had been previously repaired. But it wasn't that bad so I decided to not make a fuss. However, when we all had dinner together for the first time my husband sat on the side that faces the wall and he saw the table was cracked and very obviously was disguised with stain. Because this makes the table unstable and unsafe we decided to call. Short answer, we didn't report it within 24 hours so they "couldn't" do anything for us. Nevermind the fact I was 800 miles away at the time. After numerous phone calls, they are going to refund "half" the table. Great, except I'm still paying half for an unstable and unsafe table. I paid for new furniture, I received crappy repaired furniture. Worse than that it seems they intentionally tried to disguise the damage with cheap repairs and putting the cracked side of the table where it wouldn't be noticed immediately. That goes beyond bad customer service, it appears that they intentionally deceived us and took advantage of the fact the furniture wasn't going to be used for awhile. Shame on you Badcock. I will never buy anything from your company again.

Unfortunately a 5 star is all I can give it well deserves a lot more.. I keep telling myself ok tomorrow I’m going to share my experience then days so by.. so let me stop and share this with you! We received a call from family asking if they can stay at our house while they visited, my husband and I looked at each with excitement but in a panic, both of our boys (men) moved out, we were in no hurry to furnish those rooms till that phone call!! We had two days to make this happen. I immediately called Badcock furniture I’ve been a long time customer but this time around I was connected to an employee named Patrick, when I say heaven sent he truly was, we told him our situation that night 8:00pm he met us at the store and opened it …he showed us a mattress and was honest about the quality of the mattress, he didn’t try to sell us the most expensive one, at the end it did turn out to be a great mattress! He even offered to go pick it up from Spartanburg and deliver it himself so we can have it in time…he went over and beyond for us and we will always be grateful to him!

My Husband and I purchased a movie theater sofa from Badcock in Greer .It was a Female who sold it to us .It was nice - 5 months later the lighting went out on one side .We were told to email a picture in to the repair email address . We heard nothing for 2 weeks . My Husband had called 4 times and had gone to the store to speak to her . She said she would look into it - no response .I finally called the store and spoke to Patrick Mathis . I told him nothing had been done by the female sales associate and the repair people . He said to let him handle it .He texted me the next day and had a work repair order set . He told me to call him if we have not heard from the repair people in a week . We were contacted four working days later . They came out to repair it 2 days later . I texted Patrick and told himthank you for getting our sofa fixed . If he had not stepped in - nothing would have been done by the female salesperson .Thank you so much Patrick !

We bought our farmhouse table here and are very happy with it. Not only was the price extremely reasonable but the customer service was fantastic! We were greeted by Patrick and from the minute we entered the store he was friendly, helpful and very patient with us. We were concerned about getting our furniture here because of many negative reviews about delivery. Patrick assured us if there were any problems whatsoever to please contact him. I’m happy to say that the delivery was perfect!! The guys took the furniture out of the packaging in the truck so as not to make a mess in the house which was awesome! They were personable and very careful with the furniture which was greatly appreciated since we just got new floors.If you shop at Badcocks please ask for Patrick because he is not only knowledgeable and friendly , he is just a wonderful human being! We will definitely shop here again and of course ask for Patrick!

We always come to Badcock because the customer service is amazing! Patric always goes above and beyond to help us find what we need. He never makes us feel rushed, and is very honest about every selection. Patric is very personable, and knowledgeable. He makes the Babcock experience fun and leaves an awesome impression with every visit! Whatever he's getting paid it's not enough!

Walked into the showroom. 1 female behind the counter on her cell phone only said hey and continued on her phone. The 2nd older man got up from lounging with a friend in a deep conversation to only say “hey” again and walked off to 2 other folks who literally just walked into the door.I came there to buy a sectional we picked out already for $2500 and a king bed frame (pre-picked out) also and 2 matching end tables.I walked throughout the showroom for well over 10mins all by myself. No one approached to assist me with these pre-decided items.I guess our $3500+ are not any good here.Off to Rooms to Go where they have items were just as happy with purchasing.SMH

I bought a children’s bunk bed from here. It lasted 3 months and then the front wooden rail split. Because it was under a year old, the extended warranty would not help and Badcock corporate said that it would not be covered under the manufacturers warranty. They wouldn’t even set up a work order, probably because the bed was discontinued due to how cheaply it’s made. Do not purchase a bunkbed from here or any of the children’s furniture.

This location on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greer is very pleasant and clean. The salesman Rob Terminato was very helpful and patient. I will recommend him to my friends and acquantances. The experience was good and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I'm looking forward to enjoying my new furniture. If you go over there, ask for Rob and I'm sure he'll take good care of you.

My children's bunkbed cracked after three months. They would not repair it, said that it wasn't covered in the manufactures warranty. Do not buy their bunk beds.
