“I been having troble with direct express so i opened an account with woodforest. They have been over backwards to help me. Still waitting on direct express. If u use direct express i uege u to get an account at a bank. Takes weeks to get a new card”

“UPDATE: changed my review from 2 stars from 5 stars due to bank reaching out to me personally. While I know my issue was not the wonderful people in the banks fault, it’s just the way the system is, Brandon took time to make things right with me. He informed me of multiple options for overdraft protection and cleared up some confusion. My experience with this bank so far has been very pleasant. Almost 1 year with this bank, here’s to more.
Struggling to decide how many stars to leave, as the customer service is great with the bank. However, the overdraft fees are outrageous. They don’t even allow any time to fix the overdraft. It’s an instant fee. I have money available, I make a transaction, but whenever it decides to post, it messes me up. They only allow 1 forgiveness refund. My husband and I will be closing our accounts and going back to Chase.”

Today I was worried about leaving my dog in the car while needing to sit with Kim at the desk.. staff was phenomenal and told me ALL TD banking locations are pet friendly.
