“Well this is a unique banking experience. Situated in downtown Greenville, this branch of BOTR is located in an older building, perhaps the original building for this branch. The layout is unlike any bank I've been to in the past, with each teller having an office that you sit down and conduct business in. Up front, there's a spacious and comfortable waiting area. All your banking services are available and there's parking right next door reserved for the bank. With BOTR itself, so far, so good. But this is a neat experience at this branch.”

I called this morning and spoke with Braden Smith and he went out of his way to help me find an answer to my question. He could have very easily told me he didn't have the answer or pass me along to someone else, but he didn't. He called and emailed people so that he could give me the answer. This is not my usual branch. It was just the first one on Google when I searched. But I just wanted everyone to know how awesome this teller was! Thank you so much for all of your help!
