Run! ... seriously, stay away!My husband banked with SunTrust for years and ever since Truist took over he's had all kinds of issues with the app, he cannot do mobile deposit (at all), AND apparently only account holders can deposit money into an account. This last one is new to me. I was a bank teller while in college and anyone was able to put money INTO an account. But only the account owners can remove or authorize other transactions. We are taking our money out of this God awful bank and going elsewhere.

I have banked at this branch for years and always find the staff friendly and professional!I left a message today for call back and Mark returned my call in a timely manner. He was friendly and answered my questions about notary services.Upon arrival to this branch, Sam notarized items for us today, making a dull task less tedious with her smile, friendliness and knowledge of what needed to be done!

It says they are open online, but the place is closed and for sale. Please update your website to save people time from driving to this location. Thank you.

As a former Sun Trust customer, this was my 1st & last trip to this branch of Truist, or any other, I hope. I wouldn't have stopped by on Thursday March 16, 2022, but was told that I had to come in person to close my checking account. In Oct of 2021, I paid off the balance on my home equity line of credit that I had for many years with SunTrust. I had absolutely no idea that by doing so, it changed the minimum balance requirements that the new bank owner,Truist ,had placed with my checking account that I had maintained for years. I'm talking all the way back to American Federal days! I wasn't actively using the checking account anymore & kept a minimal balance of around $50. Approximately Dec 2021 was the 1st time I noticed that Truist was charging me $20 a month for not maintaining their minimum balance. I called & was told that I had to come into the bank to close the account. I thought this was ridiculous & expressed my wishes for the $20 be returned to my account, which it was. I didn't think about it again until March of 2022, when I happened to notice the $20 per month had continued to be withdrawn monthly. At that point, all of my money was gone & was actually a negative-$14.80. I stopped by the branch in Greer on March 16, 2022 to close this account. I thought surely they would reimburse the charges & give me my original balance before I closed the line of credit, but not only did that not happen, they actually charged me the $14.80 negative charge to close my account!!! I tried to go back using their online app to reconcile my checking account to see exactly how much of my money they took but their system would only go back 3 months. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It was perfectly okay to close my home equity line of credit via phone, but not okay to close my checking account. Explain this to me!

Since switching over to truist customer service is poor. Slow lines at drive thru. This branch is worst in 15 mile radius.

These folks are so helpful! We are recasting our mortgage loan through SunTrust and they were able to handle this rather large transaction through their drive through...in and out in about 5 minutes. Thank you for your dedication to customer service in a time where other large banks are less than willing to go the extra mile.

The one thing that concerns me is the people by entrance of the bank watching all the time, facing people using atms and drive through banking. They are by the new apartment buildings, I feel like they are scoping people out for robbery.

Customer service is atrocious. They charge an $8 check cashing fee if a non-member cashes a check of a member. When I pushed back on this, they suggested the member should meet me at the branch, make a withdrawal, then hand me the money. Suggesting inconveniencing a long-term customer for an hour in order to accomplish what a check is intended for isn't a reasonable solution. I won't ever open account with them and I won't be surprised when they lose my family members' accounts after this story.

I really didn't want to come to this branch because of the low reviews. But, it was Saturday and it was the closest open bank. I was very pleasantly surprised! I'm a new customer and I was having issues with my bank app. Of course, they were user issues because I locked myself out. I also had some other things I needed to handle while I was there. Ms. Darlene and Ms. Pasty both helped me. They were both absolutely wonderful! Ms. Pasty also shared awesome pizza recipes with me and my son. Needless to say we were hungry when we left! I love this branch! We were treated like family! I will definitely be back!
