I recently bought a 2012 F250 from Benson and it was a great experience. I was looking for a specific model of F250 and had search alerts set of Car Gurus. When thus truck popped up I called immediately. Eric Richards the salesman I talked to was very helpful. He sent me the Carfax right away and after looking at it I told him I would buy the truck sight unseen. He took my credit app over the phone and had the truck bought in 30 minutes. When I went to pick it up a couple days later, Eric had it full of gas and ready for my 4 hour drive home. The Finance Manager had everything ready to sign and I was headed home in about 45 minutes. I've bought countless vehicles in the last 45 years and this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had.

We had a great experience purchasing our truck from this dealer. We did the whole transaction from another state and flew in to pick it up. The transaction went well, the customer service was great, and they spent a good deal of time explaining the features of the vehicle when we picked it up. And.. there are some cool, classic cars to see inside.

This was by far the easiest and quickest car buying process that I’ve ever done. My salesman, Mike was super helpful and friendly during the process. The finance manager, Robert was very thorough and great to work with as well. I’m definitely pleased with my purchase and recommend this dealer!!

This service department is lazy and liars. Brought my car in due to the lights on my shifter go dark and was unable to put my vehicle in reverse, or park, or neutral. At the time of this occurrence, I was already in drive, pulling into a parking space. Once I was in the space, I was unable to park my vehicle or reverse out of the parking space. Because I was not able to fully park my car I was not able to turn off my car. The emergency brake worked, but would still not allow you to turn your car off until it was officially in parked through the gearshift. Eventually, the lights did come back on and I was able to safely park my vehicle. The issue did not reoccur when I moved the vehicle again, however, I contacted the service department to make sure that what was going on was handled. I even went to Alpha Romeo forums, and found that this was a common issue with my vehicle. I explained this issue to the service department and cited the forums for what was going on and how to fix the issue.This service department treated my husband and I as if we were idiots and didn’t know what we were talking about; all because they couldn’t replicate the issue after driving it around for two days. I told him that this issue was a one-time event but I wanted it noted and fixed if possible. (The issue is due to corrosion on the battery and sometimes the battery needs to be replaced to prevent it from happening again.) The service department Proceeded to tell my husband and I that there were no codes, and that this must’ve been a event that I imagined.When the service department called to tell us to pick up the vehicle, my husband went to pick it up and return the loaner. They proceeded to treat my husband rudely so my husband went and talk to the manager of Alpha Romeo dealer across the street about the treatment we received.The manager was kind and understood what the situation was, and fully knew how to deal with this. The manager was the one who checked my battery and discovered that my battery is slowly dying and not retaining a charge and validated my concerns about the gearshift behaving the way you did. The manager also, was able to pull up and show the codes that my vehicle was showing but that the service department was too lazy to actually get it. The manager helped with the situation and cleared the codes. I am thoroughly impressed with the manager at the Alpha Romeo dealership.The service department with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is abhorrent. I do not recommend this service department if your vehicle is outside of warranty. I strongly would recommend going elsewhere to someone who is going to be more competent, and actually do their jobs.The only reason why I took my vehicle to this service department was due to the fact the other service department in Knoxville, Tennessee will not provide car rentals to anyone from outside the state of Tennessee.The photos attached showed the corrosion on the battery and show the codes that the service department said were not pulling up . I am so thankful to the manager at Alpha Romeo dealership for getting this resolved for me and easing my worries.

I highly recommend Benson Greer if anyone who is looking for a new or use car. My husband and I got treated so great and like we were their family. My husband started looking for a Jeep Wrangler for us and we got turn off from our local dealer and started looking for other dealers. My husband started talking with Don from Benson Greer and got nothing but friendliness and kindness. When we got there to look at the Jeep our salesman was Ben and he was the same very friendly and kind. The treatment you will get at Benson Greer is first class all the time. Even when we got to doing our paperwork Dale was so nice and helpful. Thank you Benson Greer for treating us like family!!!

Joshua and I never thought we’d be coming home in a brand new Jeep. We are instantly in love and so happy! Ben Wade was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every question and really helpful. He was very patient with our decision making and we had no idea about Hybrid Jeeps. The process was much easier then ever. Benson is the best dealership to go to and ask for Ben Wade. Thank you Ben for everything. You made two customers extremely happy.

Shane was absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole process! We came in sort of knowing what we wanted, but weren’t dead set. He walked us through different options and styles. We ended up going with the 202180th edition Jeep Wrangler and he showed us the jeep in full detail from top to bottom. We went on a test drive and he showed us all of the cool features and things as we were going down the road.The paperwork process was seamless and wasn’t a headache. We were genuinely DREADING this part.His personality is so positive and it was seriously such a great experience. He’s absolutely hilarious, professional and overall just a great human from what you can tell. We will forever refer him to all our friends and family. We fully believe he was meant to be our “salesman” because he didn’t treat us as customers, but more of a friend. We appreciate and love the positive experience - we truly were dreading it but we’re walking out with the Jeep of our dreams!

I Had the BESTTT experience today with Mason!! I’m a mama of two and needed something good on gas but safe & reliable for my kids. Mason & his team really went to bat for me & made this entire process very easy!! I walked in today with little hopes of actually purchasing & walked out an owner of a brand new 2023 Jeep which is something I never expected for myself!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!! ?

Not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable all the way thru even when I needed to say No Thanks. Mike was great, felt like I was dealing with a friend. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted they even gave me a credit for my old trade in that was down and out at a shop. I really enjoyed the whole process.
