Ooooh happy day! Mr. Tony Bentley put my fiancé in new wheels after a car accident (not his fault) took the life of his beloved Dodge Challenger. R.I.P Midnight. After nearly a month of insurance battle, his insurance claim came through. Mr. Bentley helped to ease the burden and transitioned my beau into a new-to-him vehicle in a timely manner WITH NO HASSLE. If you need a vehicle, go see Mr. Bentley. He will take care of you.

From the wonderful service of Bradshaw to what you are attempting to call service from Fred Anderson. I will not be back. You've had my vehicle for 3 weeks. You have failed to inform me of delays. When I have actually called to ask I get put to voicemail only to receive a text response in all caps with no punctuation. I have had to go around my service advisor at every turn. When I've asked what's going on I've been told different information every time. From "we are installing that" to "we are waiting on the part" to "the part has been shipped" to "the parts center was on strike" to "I'm on the phone with the warranty company", 3 people, 6 different answers. I wish someone would've informed me upfront of any delays. "not at all satisfied" would honestly be a step up at this point. I understand that I am not the only customer, I understand that I'm talking to 3 different people and they're reading notes on a file and may interpret them differently, but this entire situation has been a colossal stressful nightmare when it should have been easy if your side had just communicated what was going on.

While the service was performed quickly and did resolve my issue, charging a customer separate $150 diagnostic fees for multiple issues to be resolved within a single visit is outrageous and exorbitant. You never have to worry about seeing me, any of my family, friends, or coworkers at your dealership again. The service tech, Adam, recommended that I have several other services performed totaling over $2400. Only one had been recommended by the mechanic and the fee for that was laughable as well ($560 to replace front brake pads and resurface the rotors). Nope! Adam said he was being proactive based on what he could see on my vehicle’s service records. That may be, but those repetitive $150 diagnostic fees were enough to convince me to never return.

I have spent a lot of money having both of my vehicles serviced almost 3,500.00 in two days. The back seat was left down and a panel off on the left rear side of the truck area. When a customer spends this kind of money we demand satisfaction and quality work.

The Fred Anderson Team made my 2014 Chevy Traverse battery replacement easy (kudos also to your Delco team for creating a battery that functioned for over nine years). From the helpful phone receptionist to the discussion with the Service Tech, Howard Bush, the appointment process went smoothly. Then at the appointment time, Howard ensured the vehicle inspection and battery replacement process proceeded smoothly and as scheduled. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

I was given the run around with this whole process. My truck sat for 2 and a half months without being repaired. They blamed it on the UAW strike for not having certain parts. I called around to several dealerships and found the parts myself. They still wouldn't give me a exact date my truck will be done even when I went and purchased the parts myself. I was doing they job, because I wanted my truck back. I was being overcharged for parts that was already paid for thru the warranty company. I was lied to numerous of times. MY TRUCK WAS NEVER REPAIRED........

Called parts dept. Brian was very friendly, professional and gave me the info I needed for my brand spanking new 2024 GMC Terrain. I need seat belt extenders for the Terrain and I'll double check with my salesman to see if he has ordered them as of this week. It's great dealing with the nice folks at Fred Anderson!!!

You had my car a week and felt it was unsafe to drive to due to a hole in the radiator. Then you decided that you could not fix it due to previous work done by someone else and I could drive it home and keep an eye on water in radiator. You did not have a radiator and said you did not know how long it would take to get one due to strike. I found one in Florence, communicated this to your service department and drove to get it. As I arrived at the dealership in Florence, you called to tell me one had arrived. Evidently, no one checked to see if one was shipped. The service agent was nice but he was only relaying what the mechanic and body shop manager was saying.

Had the greatest service advisor that I ever had. Howard Bush was so helpful. He understood my concerns and was able to pin point the problem that I was having. He made sure that he had gotten any information from me that would benefit me in getting my truck fixed and fixed properly without an extra cost to me. During the time my truck was in the shop he kept constant contact with me letting me know the progress of my repairs . After this experience I don't believe I want anyone else but Mr. Bush handling my service issues when I come in to have work done on my vehicle. It was warm welcome from the time I met him until the next few days when I picked my vehicle up.

I will not be using your dealership for service again. Howard Bush was awful. It took over 3 months for me to get a new key and a recall done on my truck. I had to call NUMEROUS times to check on recall parts and the new key that I payed for months in advance. When I returned my truck for the new key/fob to be programmed I asked that they be done at the same time. They “forgot” to program the fob even though I left the key in the cup holder and specifically asked for it to be done. I was asked to again bring the truck back another time for the key fob to be programmed. The attention to detail here is awful. I’ve already been frustrated by this service location as my wife had issues as well. Last time she took her car there I had just put new tires on her car. She asked that the tires not be rotated, it was the only request she made, but they rotated them anyhow. I had to move the tires back to the location they should have been at. This is the closest GM location to our house and the next closest one is 30 miles away. I will happily take our vehicles somewhere else before I use this location ever again. The attention to detail, communication, etc here is absolutely awful.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Worked with them all day to help my son get a car and they had 2 2020 Chevy Equinox LT. The first one we wanted had 44,000 miles and well equipped at a decent price and was sold out from under us while I was on the phone with them. So we received a buyers order on another 2020 Equinox LT and it said it had a little over 60,000 miles. We drove an hour and half to get there and the car had a check engine light on and no power when test driving it and had over 61,000 miles on it. They had not come off the price any when we agreed to buy it. They obviously didn't check the car out at all before we got there. I have bought and sold over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst experience, II have ever had. We had to leave and drive back home with no car and not even a word but they were sorry it didn't work out! I do not typically post reviews online or on social media but this warranted a review warning potential customers of "Let the Buyer beware". Of there business practices. Not the way I would ever treat a customer. All they seemed to care about was closing another sale before the end of the month. Very frustrated that I spent all day and wasted a 3.5 hour round trip for them to try and sell me a car that they knew or should have known had major engine problems.
